I live 20 kms away. When I arrived home, half of my order was missing. I called and let them know I did not live close by and requested a refund. They said they could not refund me, that they would deliver the other half of my order. My order was picked up at 6:55. It is almost 1 hour later. My dinner is cold waiting for the other half.

Ordered takeout today. Got home and realized I didn't receive the 2 large gravys we ordered and the fries were not seasoned and way over cooked. All four orders of fries. The roll was hard as a rock. The bread for the chicken sandwiches were okay but the bread was slightly hard as well. Slightly disappointed as usually they have good food.

Overall it's good. Friendly staff and quick service. I found the food little bland but they have plenty to choose from including few gluten free options. The place was kept very clean.

Tonight we were a group of 11 ladies some of whom have not seen each other for almost three years. You can imagine the chatter. Our server was a sweet young lady, very friendly and patient. She treated us as if we were her Moms, did not rush us, seemed to enjoy the good time we were having. We will go back!

Pre-ordered online for 4:45 pickup time. Arrived on time, gave my name and waited. Almost immediately I heard the kitchen staff say my name and saw a bag placed on a table out back. After 15 minutes of waiting someone came to the counter and asked for the names of anyone who had already paid. After taking my name they went out back and came back with my order the bag I saw placed on the table 15 minutes prior. I could tell when I grabbed the bag that the food was already cold and I confirmed this when I got home.Food was terrible.I don't blame the staff. It's obvious they're understaffed and working with poor processes. There doesn't appear to be a queue in their system that shows when a take out order is ready to be given to the client. Management needs to fix this.

If I could give the Swiss Chalet in Bedford Place 0 stars, I would. Our server basically brought menus and disappeared for the rest of the meal. She only brought the bill because we asked another server to find her because we had to leave. Three out of four meals were either cold or lukewarm. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! There are much better Swiss Chalet restaurants in the HRM.

Ordered a family meal from Bedford and instead of clicking pick up I clicked delivery and error which was my issue, but it said it would be here at 5:35 didn’t get here till 6 o’clock the fries were cold. The buns were hard and had I picked it up I could’ve got it at 5 o’clock.

I love this location for food and quick service! The food quality and quantity are great!! However, I have had consistent problems with pickup leaving out coupons or sides dishes. When they say they will honour the missing item with a coupon, it never exists. This has happened 4 times. Our last was yesterdays festive meals with no $10 coupons.

My meal was terrible ! I was so disappointed ! The roll was so hard & overheated that there was no bread but a hard shell! The fries were really over cooked & all short ends ! When I finally asked the waitress to replace them she said it was the potato & replacing them would do no good. I convinced her to get me a new order & they were prefect , My chicken breast I'm convinced came from a Cornish hen ! So over cooked that there was only hard skin & no meat to eat! After the asking the waitress for the fries to be replaced & getting her opinion on that ,I sure wasn't going to ask for for the chicken ! It was a waste of 22 $ . I left hungry ,& very disappointed.
