We've been tenants with them for 2 years now and they've been an excellent Property Management Company. They're responsive both in addressing your concern and getting the resources required to solve any issues that have arisen. They make sure things are resolved and follow up when needed. Lastly things are done well, parts changed when needed and not just patched. Thoroughly recommend renting through them given the opportunity.Context: We rent an apartment in a building that dates from the 1960's, so things have aged and things wear out. There has been no major issues with our place specifically (touch wood) but it explains why we've had to request support at times.

I have been renting from Rentch for the past 3 and a half years and I have nothing but amazing things to say! Aaron and Jess are so accomodating and understanding, regardless of any situation. If you have any concerns or questions, they respond almost immediately with a fix. They are truly genuine, nice people. Keep up the great work guys!!

From the beginning we never felt pressured to buy anything and they even encouraged us to take our time to make sure we really liked the place we purchased! Aaron and Laura make an excellent team and Aaron sees potential in every property and Laura ensured we found what we wanted in a house for the price we wanted! Both Aaron and Laura are professional, but also make the house purchasing experience fun and are both so personable and humble. They are both very responsive to questions or inquiries! Rentch was very helpful in helping me manage my rental property. I had never gone through this process before but Jessica, Aaron and the team were always available to answer any questions I had and made the process so much easier. They clearly have a lot of experience and knowledge of the rental market and handle a ton of quality clients already, but they made me feel like I was their only customer and were there when ever I needed them. However, we ran into next to no problems throughout our stay, as the rental property was of the highest quality. Rentch was very accomodating with anything we needed, and fair. We would have stayed with them longer if we did not need to move cities! Also, a special thank you to Jessica, Rentch's star property manager! We rented an apartment in Bridgeland for a few months through Rentch and overall it was a good experience dealing with this agency. Jessica was very helpful and she even waited for us upon our arrival to help us personally settle down and show us the apartment. Even before moving in, the communication was pretty smooth and easy.That being said, we were a bit disappointed by the apartment we rented. The condo in Bridgeland was listed as “luxury penthouse” with sweeping views. It was a regular apatment that was pretty nicely furnished but maybe we have a different opinion of what is considered to be luxurious. Many of the smart home features didnt work, the internet was unbearably slow, the sink was clogged when we arrived and generally we felt like the price we paid didn’t correspond to what we got. The apartment was also getting unbearably hot during the summer and the views from the tiny patio were just into neighbours’ living rooms so it wasn’t comfortable for us to use the patio.On top of that we were woken up every morning at 5am by the noise coming from the garbage collectors or nearby restaurant suppliers and overall it was quite noisy in both of the bedrooms because of the loud ventilation system.The elevator was often not working and there were safety concerns of many residents as there were constantly notes in the elevator and email communication about continuous brake ins into the building.We would highly suggest the owner and also Rentch to change the description of the apartment and maybe reconsider the rental fee given all the reasons above.Overall we recommend Rentch as a service, but we would reconsider renting the apartment in Bridgeland next time.

Rentch has been managing my furnished condo in downtown Calgary for over two years now.
