Gem Stones and their owners are absolutely fantastic! They gave us an approximate quote via email, worked with us to find the best options for our kitchen countertop and even delayed their measurement when we had unscheduled delays in installing our kitchen. Their laser measurement was state-of-the-art. We are very happy with the final install. We have used the new countertop for over 2 month and very happy with the quality and final product.

I recently ordered Coal Canyon Ledger panels. Initially, they were on back order, and the company did an excellent job on keeping me informed throughout on the delivery dates/tracking. I live in Montreal, and they delivered the ledger panels to my home from Ontario as communicated, and for a very reasonable price. The ledger panels were well packaged and protected on a wooden pallet, and the whole shipment was also re-enforced with plywood strips for extra protection, and then wrapped with plastic for extra protection. I opened up one of the individual boxes, and they look great! I can't wait to install them and get my project going!!...Once my project is done, I will take some picture and report back as well!....I would definitively do business again Gem Stones and would highly recommend them.Added pictures of my DIY install! After a disappointing experience with another provider, I contacted Riaz to request a quote for a quartz kitchen island.He immediately checked the availability of the selected stone with the manufacturer and kept me posted about the delivery time.The measurements that were taken turned out to be very accurate and the installation crew was friendly, competent and did an outstanding, clean job. On schedule and on budget - true professionals!

The Gem Stones team has been great to deal with overall. In the process of constructing a high end custom home I purchased many types of porcelain tiles, vinyl flooring, granite as well as quartz counter tops from them. I have been dealing with them for a few years now, Asad and his family have been very professional and helpful at all times. Their materials are high quality and very reasonably priced compared to the broader market options. I also had them do the install of kitchen counters and other vanity tops, everything was top notch. I would highly recommend them, excellent quality service.
