I’ll give 2 stars for friendly staff and ambiance. The Gingerbread Lane needs to be spruced up - broken candy and icing crumpled up white “snow” batting around the trees and signs. Im sure it was very cute when it was first decorated but hadn’t been maintained. The food and drinks are grossly overpriced. We had the Royale Burger that was totally dried out and inedible and the cured albacore tuna - it was ok but a very small plate - when they say small plate, they mean it!We had 2 cocktails both poorly done. When I wasn’t drinking my $26 Belvedere martini the bartender asked what was wrong - something was off with it. She had mixed olive juice and onion juice when I requested a Belvedere Gibson - a very simple martini garnished with a cocktail onion. She remade a whiskey sour but still charged for the martini - $26 for 2oz of vodka?!! Apparently a $6 surcharge for a premium vodka. When I asked what was going on with the food I was told they’re short staffed and had a new chef and kitchen staff. My friend was visiting from BC and one of her requests was to go for a late lunch at the Clockwork Bar - the experience was expensive and truly disappointing. Many people were complaining - quite shocking for a Fairmont lobby bar!

Meet me under the clock - should be your go-to cocktail here. The atmosphere was pleasant except for the fact it gets a little louder at times. The server was weirdly nice and had his quirks/ poked fun at how some knobs on the table are called drink spillers. Overall, really cool place to hangout for a bit.

Beautiful cocktail bar! It's located inside the Fairmont. The prices are pretty high, but if you want the experience it's definitely worth it. Classy traditional style cocktail bar. Excellent customer service. The food was small bites, but really flavorful. Definitely go and have a cocktail!

We had a great experience here on my spouses birthday. Even though while booking via Opentable I selected Birthday in the drop down and also mentioned this to the hostess somehow the memo got lost in a way. I want to thank our wonderful server Lia who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a special dessert with a Birthday chocolate writing.Please keep in mind that the food is very filling, you'd better arrive here hungry:)

A very nice bar attached to the hotel. It had a nice and relaxed ambiance, even though it was a little busy. We only got desserts here, and they were pretty good. Not fantastic, but I understand desserts aren't expected to be the showstopper of a bar. The servers were very kind.

Clockwork is really under rated but once of the best places to grab a cocktail and chill. They have a tight small but expertly curated list of cocktails, with the coastline and golden palace as the standout stars. Meet me at the clock is also great, a tad expensive for what it is, but the layers of absinthe, champagne and gin are delicious. Second crush is also easy, smooth and light, so a great way to either ease in or end the night. A regular spot for dates or just thoughtful discussions with close friends.

Fantastic Hotel Bar, great place to grab a cocktail and a small bite to eat. We had champagne and spilt the shrimp rolls and club sandwich. We were even gifted a couple of glasses of champagne to try a different brand from the bottle we had ordered. Excellent all around!

The drinks and atmosphere of this place was lovely and creative - would go back just for that. The service unfortunately did not meet expectations. Our server was a bit cold and hard to track down. Not sure if it was just how we were treated or if this was an experience of most guests with this server.
