Can’t complain for 3$ refills. Water tastes better and is cheaper than refilling at superstore or Co-op. Also they often load them into your car for you.

Evan got back to us quick answered all our questions we were looking a RO filter system as we live out in the country and the brita wasn't working anymore do to the levels of sodium and other mineralsTaylor went beyond the install and even fixed our kitchen sink faucet as the pressure was quite low. No question best company to deal with anything water and priced the best especially with the filters as some units are cheaper but then the replacement filters are crazy. Don't go with the big companies like trail or costco etc etc give your money to an owner/operator like Taylor. Nice to deal with a company that cares and provides a good service. Also you know the install will go well as he is a ticketed plumber you never know who is installing these from any other company.Appreciate the service and yes you can taste the difference in the water hands down worth the money no point getting a water cooler so much easier just to come out of the sink

I dealt with Evan for water Softener and RO System . The customer service they provided was first class and they explained the processes to me and provided me two options competitively priced. They were easy to deal with and would recommend them and Tyler install our system. Tyler is a true professional and we strongly recommend him. Tyler went above and beyond his duties and I can’t express how grateful we are for his approach on issues and his professionalism.

A defective bottle that shattered just sitting in the cold and they expect there customers to pay for there defective products, they do not stand by the bottles they sell you. A deposit is just that and should be refunded when a bottle left in the cold not touching it shatters. I was a customer for years (and keep the empties in the back of my truck in the cold) and no more, bad new spreads fast, the jerk working there that continued to argue with me telling me I smashed it when I did not should not be communicating with Customers at all if he cant listen and talks over them saying things that are not true. I will be contacting the store manager and I will be sharing my experience widely with everyone I know, this experience will cost you a lot more then a $10 deposit that you refused to refund on a defective bottle.
