From the planning phase to execution, she was there every step of the way helping us put together the vision of our dream wedding. When my husband (!) and I finalized the plans for our wedding, we knew we cared about a seamless wedding, with personal touches, that we also personally could enjoy with our guests. We weren't sure we needed a wedding coordinator, but thank heavens we got one! Jessica from Bisous was a pleasure to work with. She is so organized and well versed in the Toronto wedding industry, that we immediately knew we had made the right decision. She offered great suggestions around our wedding and vision, while never losing sight of what we as a couple wanted. We had a few meetings with her, in her studio and at our venue, which was extremely helpful and again put us at ease. We got married at the great hall, which being a somewhat non-traditional venue, had many unique things to consider. She considered aspects of the day we haven't even thought of, created a great schedule and also liaised consistently with all our vendors, to make the day run so smoothly. I actually can't praise her enough for how seamless and smooth everything went all day - we got to enjoy time with our guests without ever worrying about something getting done, because Jessica was already on top of it. For a couple who literally tried to DIY most things, she also was so so helpful at setting up our venue with our vision and literally took our ideas to the next level, making everything look absolutely amazing. We got so many compliments on how beautiful our tables looked and how laid back the event felt. If you're not sure about whether you need a coordinator, I encourage you to chat with Jessica and consider getting one. Because we're hopefully only going to have one wedding there were tons of things that we didn't know anything about, and her expertise and advice went a long way!!! She honestly made our day, and our guests day, so much more enjoyable! Cannot recommend enough!

We got married in a pandemic on New Years Eve with ever-changing policies and restrictions.Not only was Jessica there the entire way, she was able to pivot at a moments notice. She provided thoughtful, multi-faceted solutions that allowed for adaptation in case anything changed in the lead up to the wedding.Thank you so much Jessica!!

Jessica did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding. We are so so happy with the way everything turned out and we wouldn't have been able to do it without her.We initially found Jessia via instagram and loved the overall style and aesthetic of weddings she had done in the past. After an initial meeting with her, we were very impressed with her level of experience, professionalism and organization and knew she would be a great fit for our event.We hired Jessica early on in our planning process, so she was able to provide her support and guidance from the very beginning. From venue selection to photography, florals, rentals and stationery, to name a few, she was involved in every element of the wedding planning process. She always provided multiple vendor options and shared advice on how to make the best choice for our event.We first started planning our wedding for spring 2021, but when the pandemic forced us to change the year and venue location, Jessica was able to quickly pivot and help us re-plan for our new event. With all the uncertainty around COVID, Jessica was very flexible and always available for a phone call to chat through any concerns we were having.We had our wedding at a golf course but we didn't want it to feel overly traditional and Jessica helped us to achieve just that. She suggested many elements that helped to personalize the event including on the overall floor plan (using the mix of rounds and harvest), swapping out the golf course dining chairs and linens for our own rentals and reusing florals from the ceremony in the dining room. She even helped us to incorporate our new puppy in a non-cheesy way by printing her picture on our cocktail napkins.On the day of the wedding, Jessica did an amazing job with all the coordination and set up. This allowed us and our friends and families to fully enjoy the day with no worries at all. The wedding day went extremely smoothly and everything was on time and according to schedule.We would absolutely recommend Jessica / Bisous Events to anyone looking to hire a wedding planner. We received many compliments from our guests and event staff about how beautifully everything turned out and how smoothly the day ran. We could not have asked for a better day.

We've worked with Jessica on our corporate holiday event for a few years and have nothing but good things to say. She's always thinking ten steps ahead and always on the ball. Her design taste is truly exquisite and she really takes the time to understand your vision and then bring that to life. Jessica was simply amazing and made our wedding day unforgettable.She was incredibly organized, creative and great to deal with you. She was not afraid to push the boundaries to do something different and always considered our vision. She has the connections and the experience that a wedding planner needs to put together an event with so many moving parts. This was our first time working with an event planner and Bisous Events was everything we wished for. Pandemic forced us to change our plan and date which made their job tougher than it should be and they managed it with a flair. Our event, a birthday party for a toddler was not a usual event for Bisous Events, however they executed it flawlessly. Jessica Auvray, the Creative Director of Bisous Events patiently heard all our requests, discussed with us for hours and came up with a design and plan to realize our dream. They transformed the venue with custom decor, silverwares, furnitures, desserts and the list goes on. We were pleasantly surprised by the fine and detailed touches. All our guests were super impressed and pleased with the perfection. I can confidently sign her up for my next event already…thanks Jessica and team Bisous.

We had the best time working with Bisous Events for our wedding this past June of 2019! When we started the planning process, we knew we wanted some sort of assistance as we had no idea where to even begin. We were initially thinking about hiring someone to assist with just day-of coordination, but then I realized that planning a wedding is a full-time job – definitely didn’t want another one of those! We initially met Jessica at our friend’s wedding a couple of years ago, of which we were both in the wedding party. We loved her work at that wedding, and she came highly recommended. We decided we wanted to work with her, and had no regrets from that day forward!We were initially hesitant at the idea of hiring a wedding planner, mainly because we weren’t sure about the investment; but honestly, she was worth every penny! Our special day couldn’t have gone any smoother than it did. It was honestly everything we dreamed of, and more! Jessica’s attention to detail was phenomenal. I didn’t worry about a thing on the day of our wedding – it was completely stress free for both my husband and I. She was fully present and involved for the full day, and even stayed later than planned to assist with some final details. Jessica was approachable and very easy to get along with; she made me feel comfortable with every decision we had to make along the way, as I found the planning process quite overwhelming. Jessica managed to plan the most perfect wedding for us and our 200 guests. Couldn’t have done it without you, Jessica!We are STILL getting compliments about our wedding from friends and family who attended, and even from those who only saw the day depicted through photos! I would highly recommend Bisous Events, a pleasure to work with! We miss working with her!

Jessica was a dream to work with planning a smaller scale in office party. She coordinated everything (but still kept me in the loop the entire time)! When I had a couple last minute changes she was quick to make them work. Our company will be using Jessica again for our next party!

Jess was the hidden gem to our wedding. We asked for her help late in the game to pull the final pieces together of our wedding when we were still having to deal with COVID restrictions. Jess was always available to us, helped to keep us on track and was prompt in finalizing all the little details – from itinerary, to set up, to décor and candles (take her advice there are never too many candles).On the day her team was amazing at pulling our vision together and working with the restaurant on all the little details, so we didn’t have too.
