The best place too live! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! The office staff always helpful and work very hard to make the complex one of the best! I am so happy I am part of a community and will be apart of it for many years to come

This place has really gone down hill!! The board chooses their favourites and ppl are treated differently! Office staff is always changing so nobody really knows what’s going on with anything concerning the co opp

President jim stubbs did admit to disclosing details of a board meeting to a non board member, after he accepted another term. He went after 2 other members for the same thing, had 1 member banned for 5 yrs from being a board member or sitting on any committee, the same rules do not apply to him, so much for fiduciary responsibility. I would add the 2 members he went after, were on allegations only, never proven.
