I highly recommend Advantage Heating and Cooling for heat pump installation. Norm and the crew at Advantage have a can-do attitude that got the job done quickly with no stress. They took care of everything – including professional electrical work by their crew. Our energy retrofit project included a 200-amp electrical service upgrade and rewiring of basement circuits, which was neatly done by Adrion, who booked the BCHydro disconnection date. Bobby helped with the new connection mast installation on day one. The heat pump installation was done by Jacob, who took the time to answer my questions and show how the system works. The mechanical crew, Russ and Adam, did all the mechanical work to the interior equipment. When I asked Norm if he could also install a new hot water tank, he was able to order one from the supplier and have it installed the next day by the tank technician, Bruce. Wow!We feel that Advantage Heating and Cooling really took care of us. The whole crew are real gentlemen and totally deserve a bonus!

100% satisfied with every step of getting rid of my oil furnace and upgrading to natural gas. 10/10 customer service for responding to my email inquiry by the next day. Arrangements for quoting were done timely for visiting the house and producing a quote with choices of efficient equipment choices following that. Installers were right on time, great attitudes and were able to run gas lines and exhaust to my preference. Great company, awesome workmanship, fair pricing and great attitudes of the installers. Very pleased with the work and will definitely recommend and use them again for servicing.10/10 very nice job!

We had a heat pump, ductwork, and ductless heating/cooling system installed by advantage heating and cooling - a very big job! They were fast, professional, knowledgeable, and their customer service is amazing!! Stephen and Norm were so helpful and would always reply to calls/emails within a matter of minutes! Advantage installed a new gas furnace and serviced all 3 of my gas fireplaces. From the start Norm quickly got me a quote and I have to thank him for his extreme patience in answering all my questions. The price was great and the install was smooth from start to finish.
