From the moment I walked into European Goldsmith, I was warmly greeted by Rina and knew I had come to the right place. I wanted to reset my engagement ring and Rina was so kind and helpful. The custom made ring is absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Thank you for my beautiful ring!

Purchased engagement ring and wedding bands here (last year, late review). Staff was extremely patient during my selection of the engagement ring as I was looking for something specific and even encouraged me to shop around.When we got our custom wedding bands there was an issue with one of the bands. European Goldsmith immediately took responsibility for the error, offered several very reasonable options to remedy the situation, and executed the solution in a very timely manner. Mistakes happen in business, but it is how they resolved this issue which has earned them my future business.

We were looking for an in-town goldsmith to make us a custom engagement ring. John had a consult with us and said that he wasn’t the cheapest, or the most expensive, but we will be involved the whole way and will love what we get. He has the experience we were looking for and decided to go with him. I gave him my ideas/pictures, and all the ways I wanted to modify the ring to suit my lifestyle and wearing it everyday. I saw my ring in the wax up phase with my boyfriend, and when I was finally given my ring at proposal, I could not have been happier with the final product. It was stunning and perfect! All the staff was fantastic to interact with. Rina, was really helpful when I came in to choose my wedding band. She worked with me to find a simple band from a company that matched my custom ring, and at a great price. All and all, I’m happy to have Found a beautiful local jewelry store with great service, remembers who I am when I walk in the door, and an excellent custom ring that exceeded my (high) expectations. My fiancé and I went shopping for our wedding bands in September and they have been absolutely exceptional to deal with. They were extremely helpful in helping us pick his and getting it sized. We had to do custom bands for mine and had the pleasure of working with Debbie and John, their Goldsmith, to design the most beautiful bands. John was professional, friendly and is extremely talented. He did a wonderful job and in a timely manner! Debbie has been a pleasure to deal with, she is also extremely friendly and they are both very knowledgeable. Debbie is always on top of letting me know what’s happening. I highly recommend them for your jewelry needs! I look forward to working with them in the future and getting things cleaned up before our wedding next year! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Anita & Gwen to restore a family heirloom engagement ring. From the start, Gwen took exceptional care to make sure the original gemstone in the ring could be saved for future use. Anita went above and beyond to help us find the most beautiful replacement stone and gave amazing insight on how we could update our ring, but keep the antique characteristics that we love so much. Anita's knowledge and passion for her job was evident and we truly felt like she cared about our ring as if it were her own. On top of that, she accommodated a tight time request with no problem, and even earlier than expected! We could not be happier with the way the ring turned out and with our entire experience. The team at European Goldsmith really care about the end result, never pressured us once, and you can tell they truly have their customers best interests at heart in all their interactions. We cannot thank you guys enough! We will definitely be back for our wedding bands and future jewelry needs.

Overall a great experience. My husband had my engagement ring custom made here. He loved working with Kim. She was very knowledgeable. During covid times she went above and beyond to make sure we received our ring on time. We also got our wedding band custom made here. She understood exactly what I wanted and had it created. Love my rings!

Not only did they search high and low for the diamond I was looking for, but they managed to get it at an incredible price. Kim was so amazing and helped me pick out the engagement ring of my dreams. When my partner went in to discuss the ring and prices etc. she was so knowledgeable and made the process so easy for him! I highly recommend the European Goldsmith to everyone I talk to!

Purchased an engagement ring through European Goldsmith. The service was pretty good to start. I cant remember the name of the lady I dealt with. I had the ring custom made so it was going to take a few weeks to get here but was told it would be here before the trip I had planned to ask the big question. It didn't show up in time because the diamond didn't fit the ring properly. This was a bummer but I was okay with it. The ring finally comes in and I go ask the question. Afterwards my fiancee tells me that European Goldsmith left her a voicemail a couple weeks prior to me asking the question asking her to call them back. When she does they say there must have been a misdial. I am assuming they mixed up who had bought the ring for who and accidentally called her instead of me. So unfortunately the surprise wasn't much of a surprise after all. Pretty disappointed, wish I had gone elsewhere. I will say she loved the ring and I was also impressed with the way the ring turned out.
