Travelling to Costa Rica during the pandemic was an experience to say the least. Sonja was right there with us to keep us informed of government changes and flight cancellations. When my husband came down ill on the day we left and could not fly with us as expected, one phone call to Sonja later and she had everything settled with WestJet before we even arrived at the airport. Top notch service and I'll be booking with Travelwise for my next trip, guaranteed.

An extremely professional place with kind knowledgeable people with the vast knowledge to get the job done right. I had a nightmare experience with an online one.. My cat was supposed to travel with me.. I found out she wasn't allowed.. So upsetting.. Sonya was extremely caring and helpful.. She understood my concerns and addressed them all.. I have been using Shannon as my agent since she joined the team 22 years ago, and I always recommend her.
