I have been impressed with the excellent service I've gotten from Jay Carter Roofing. I have worked with them on several new custom homes over the years. They are very responsive and their crew is pros! All of our projects have involved working together, so it's great that we can count on them to be dependable every time . The foreman Peter has always come through for us when needed most-I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my projects than this man

Had such a great experience!! We had a leak around a skylight caused by an amateur repair and we had someone out to have a look same day. Justin was very professional and was able to identify the problem right away. Within hours we had a quote for the job including photos and detailed description of work to be completed, at what we consider to be a very reasonable cost. Scheduling was a dream and we even received a confirmation email introducing the technician by name with arrival time, a very nice touch. Again Justin was polite and very clear in what work he would be doing. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and (hopefully not) use them again in any further projects.

Jay Carter, installed a roof for me in November 2021, the following day of installation, it was noticed roughly 30% of panels were gloss black and the rest Matte Black, Matte Black was ordered.The company was notified and responded that the sun would fade and blend them together, in the summer. It is not August 2022 and the panels are still completely different and look ridiculous from the view of the road and up front.Besides ascetics, the roof leaks during storms. The ridge cap that was installed was not adequate and rain blows past the skinny mess lining and drips into the attic. The company was notified and continues to say they will be out in two weeks to fix it. This is August 2022 and the company still has not come to fix any of the issues.

Pleasure to deal with. All promises kept.Great job and now we have the comfort ofHaving our own resident contractor.

Decided to go with Jay Carter roofing after receiving multiple quotes. Their price was fair and they offered a great product (after reviewing the different types of shingles that other companies offered). Also liked the fact it was a family owned business that was local and had been around for almost 20 years. After agreeing to the work, the roof was completed within a week! Crew was great and they cleaned up throughly. Overall a great experience. Great job, fair price and all completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.
