I used this company in Oct 2014 for my backyard patio and asphalt driveway. Looked pretty when done. But after the first winter my driveway had heaving effect and swelled up so much that I could not open my basement entrance door neither my garage door. The originally slope was also not correct. Northland paving owner himself came to inspect my driveway just after my first call. He promised to fix all. He next time sent a new more experienced team out and dug up the whole driveway again and redid the entire work with better slope with no cost to me. I doubt if any other company will do this so easily without repeated complaints and call. Can't remember the crew lead name. He was amazing and was there entire time to ensure this next time work was done correctly and he always kept giving me assurance on it as he realized how worried I was. I will highly recommend this company for the experience I had.The driveway till today looks great. They may be a bit pricey but worth it to have the warranty and professional service. My neighbor had his driveway done much much cheaper than mine but next year his driveway had pothols and collects water when it rains. The company had one time service. You get what you pay.I now moved and need to do my backyard paving and drive again for my new property. Hoping to get save service, quality and have same good experience.I wish I remember the name of the crew leader if he is still with them.

Pleased with the outcome of our 2 phase project with Northland. Our point of contact Sean was attentive and provided detailed quotes & updates as required. Phase 1 was backyard interlock in the fall followed by an asphalt driveway in the summer. Both projects look great. the teams communication between phases on the driveway (excavation, compacting, settling, paving) required continued pressing to get dates set that we could plan around. That aside, we'd recommend.

Georgio came by and gave me a quote, had a sketch with measurements made up by the next day. The guys came and dug up the old driveway and put the stone down. Then came time to pave and they came and did a terrific job. The boys were a great bunch did the job and the driveway looks great. Everything was cleaned up around the area where they worked. Giorgio was good to work with as he has the experience and knowledge to help with product selection and solutions. We had a fairly long driveway to asphalt and another area for interlock and both those teams were really efficient, professional and knowledgeable. There were a couple of hiccups with communication but overall our experience was very good with northland. Would recommend!

We were only after a few small items to finish a project, but the folks at Northland were unfailingly helpful and friendly.

I had interlocking brick, concrete porch and driveway redone by Northland Paving. They did an incredible job. It's a night and day difference between what was there and the job Northland did.Giorgio was great to work with. He took the time to explain all the work that would be done and why it was required.Northland is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

I've dealt with Northland 22 years ago.They did a fine job than and I have 2 more places which I required to be done.Also recommend to my next door neighbor.

We required extensive paving and concrete work to our commercial plaza. Northland gave us a fair and reasonable quote within an hour of inspection. Unlike three other paving companies that provided us with a quote, only Northland had the proper city license to allow for our requirements.We are very pleased with the quality of their work and especially the thoughtfulness of their workers, who went out of their way to take care of our tenants' needs. I highly recommend them.
