We got our first Regency gas fireplace years years ago, and it st works great.We decided a couple years ago to get a government rebate and selected a high efficiency Carrier furnace and water on demand.We added an air conditioner and everything and everyone working for the company including the receptionist have all been helpful and very professional.

We hired Prestige to replace two wood stoves and chimneys in our house, and they have been fantastic from the start. Carl and his crew were very accommodating of the several setbacks we experienced, and the work they've done is excellent. I would highly recommend them!

If you'd like to be charged for them coming out and attempting to fix something and failing, then please go ahead and call them right away. Also they will non stop claim that they wont charge you till they fix the issue but then still send you a bill anyway. Worst place

Really disappointed. I woke up on a Saturday morning with no heat. Waited till business was open to call and request service. Service tech was at the shop when I called (so no call in) and I was advised 250 an hour weekend call. Service was complete in half hour yet I was billed 250 plus parts. They refused to prorate fee accordingly. I have cancelled appointment for cleaning (much better deals out there) and will never buy a furnace from Prestige.
