Surelock Homes

I spent an entire day trying to get a key made for my 2020 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic. Went to the dealer, every hardware store imaginable, Walmart, Canadian Tire, even a couple of other locksmiths. No luck. Dropped by Surelock Homes this morning and had 3 keys made in under 10 minutes by a proffesional, curteous, friendly Technician. He even brought the key out to the bike to make sure it worked. I would highly recommend Surelock Homes to anyone and everyone.

Employee just decided to take a parking spot of a tenant of the building he was working at. When asked to move his car he asked which spot he could take, all of which belonged to tenants in the building. When told there was city parking a few meters away he proceeded to say well he's not paying for parking. I don't care if you pay for parking or not you can't just take someone's parking spot. We didn't ask you to be there, and when asked to relocate you don't have to be rude about it. Wouldn't recommend dealing with someone who's rude like that and has no consideration for other people.

Rudest guy answering the phone. Sounded like he enjoyed St. paddy’s day too much last night. Asked if they do Automotive keys….he answers “NO!” and hangs up.Well… Says so on your website buddy. Might need to get that updated eh?

Very poor experience. Needed a spare motorcycle key and purchased a blank from the manufacturer, who recommended Surelock Homes for cutting. When I got home the key didn't work. Called and was told that I made an exact duplicate of the key I was given" (clearly not correct because the original works) and that I'd need to start from scratch with a new blank. Decided to roll the dice and take the keys to Canadian Tire. Despite being told by the man at Surelock that they wouldn't cut this type of key

I needed a spare motorcycle key for my Kawasaki Vulcan S. Getting the right fit was a little troublesome, but the two gentlemen worked the problem, found a solution to result in my complete satisfaction and comfort knowing that I now have a back up key!! Went in to get my ATV key cut. The owner did the work and didn’t even charge me. Now that’s good business sense. I will be coming back.

We moved into a new home that had 7 doors. Being new owner we wanted the locks changed. We called Mike at Surelock Homes and arranged to have all the locks replaced. The price was very reasonable, the service was excellent. The locks were changed on the date and time promised. There was some minor damage caused during installation and without a pause or hesitation Surelock Homes advised me about it and said they would look after it and they did, better than it was before. I would deal with this company again for any key, lock or security needs. The company and the staff were honest, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. I have highly recommended them to my family and friends and would recommend them, without qualm, to anyone needing their services.

The price is relatively cheap, the owner is very nice. Service is quick and smooth. Definitely recommend it to anyone who needs lock and key service.

I received a service call and maintenance Friday afternoon after a last minute call to Wendy and cannot say enough good things about this experience.  Her information and attitude was a welcome comfort after a stressful afternoon, and when Ryan made the service call he was efficient, kind and effective.  I felt terrible adding a service call to them last minute on a Friday afternoon but they handled it like champs.Company highly recommended.
