Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car from here while my parents were in town and they were very happy with the service: courteous, pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. The woman at the office was accommodating and happy to answer all their questions. Car was ready when they arrived and check-in was easy.

Derek and Nicole were awesome to deal with thank you very much for the experience. Nothing but good to say and well rounded people knowledgeable and easy to work with

Horrible customer service!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! The lady running the west k store is very rude to customers. She does not know how to treat people with respect. Wrong vehicle was reserved and provided. They were supposed to call when another vehicle became available. No phone call for 2 weeks while we had the rental. Registration took over an hour to get checked into the rental. I was charged for a windshield that was not broken upon returning the vehicle. Nobody will return phone calls, no pics provided of said damages. Have requested for a phone call back from the area manager several times. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! $500 was charged to my visa that was not authorized and they can not provide proof of any damages, or even call me back? The lady at the front will tell you she is the manager??

I would like to thank Jacob and Landon for the exceptional service I received with Enterprise West Kelowna following my car accident in early June 2022. Their communication between myself, enterprise and ICBC was top shelf as was their professionalism. Once again for making an unfortunate incident much easier to deal with.

Just visited the West Kelowna location on Saturday. The lady that helped me was rude, short and not friendly at all. I was in there picking up a rental that ICBC had pre-arranged. The agent didn't explain anything. Barely said two words. Ripped through the rules so fast I could barely understand. When we did the walk through to make sure there wasn't any previous damage, she was annoyed that we (my husband and I) pointed out some damage to the wheel. And another small ding. She acted like we were imposing on her. I didn't ask to get rear ended. I didn't ask to have to rent a car because mine was undriveable. Like, lady - I don't want to be here either! Have some customer service. If I had my choice - I would never deal with them again. Definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.

Went there to get a car through an icbc claim was never told I couldnt give a cash deposit now I'm stuck in westkelowna and I live in lumby. legit worst customer services ever. We use alot of rental companys for customers who come to our shop and I will NEVER use this company plus the female that is at front desk was very rude and unhelpful. The older gentalman that picked me up how ever may be the only good thing at this shop better off renting a uhual moving truck while my car gets fixed at the amazing boyd auto body shop.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked an SUV one month ago & enterprise notified us that they did not have enough vehicles a day before pickup. When we arrived to pick up the SUV they gave us a compact sedan for five people and five suitcases. Completely unacceptable.

Nicole at the desk was friendly fast and efficient. Car was clean and ready to roll. Checkout was a breeze. Great service.

My go to place for car rentals. The staff is always pleasant. Car is always ready and they always give me great service. I love this place.
