West Side Charlies

Went in to have a drink/check the place out since it just opened recently and I’m always interested in checking out new bars/restaurants (whether franchised or independent businesses). Nice place as well as a friendly bartender, but when I ordered nachos I was expecting fresh shredded cheese as advertised on the menu, and instead I got melted cheese that looked and tasted as if it came from a can. I asked the bartender where the cheese came from and she said there was shredded cheese on the nachos but also liquified cheese (that stuff to be expected at movie theatres or stadium concessions NOT at bars or restaurants, confirming my suspicions). The nachos were edible but I wish I would’ve known about the cheese beforehand (especially since the menu said “shredded cheese”, nothing about that liquified gunk of cheese from a can).
