Honestly the best cellphone repair company. They truly care about their customers. The owner has taken the time to tell me why my phone broke so easily (last time it was fixed by someone who wasn't professional) and what steps to take in order to prevent my phone from being damaged once more. He recommended a case which is a replica of an otterbox case and has given me an amazing deal (no other well-known companies would do that). On top of that he explained that the phone is under warranty and if there's any issues I could bring it in. A wonderful family owned company and I truly recommend it if you want your phone fixed the proper way.

One of my friend went here to fix his phone. They damaged his screen and they said it happened while fixing it. I don't know how they answer like that. Like example if u go to fix your car and after fix u find crack on your glass; mechanic will gone say it is happen..that ridiculous.I prefer not go to this shop to repair phone. No honesty and not good customer service.

I was reffered to Red Mobile by one of my friends and it was completely worth visiting them for anything related with smatphone or a laptop.When it comes to service people should actually look forward to the quality of work they do rather than ranting about customer service. If you need customer service then go to BestBuy and pay 4 times the money and get customer service. But if you want quality of work done without bulls**t, visit them.

I went in for some internal issues with my phone and for some accessories. The place was well-organized, and the staff were very adament to help. Owner was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable on android devices in general. I'm not a tech-savvy person but he put it into terms and analogies for me to understand how to use my device better and make it last longer. Really appreciated!

Really terrible experience here. My phone screen would flicker and fade to black, and they said they could fix the problem in 30 minutes - I had to keep going in daily for several days because they needed more time to fix it. After a few days my parents went to pick up my phone, but the guy there didn't give back my phone case or sim card. As I went back to ask for them, the phone started to flicker and black out again, but he wouldn't give us a refund. My phone is still unusable and I'm over $100 out after going to this place.

These reviews have to be fake or by their relatives period!!!!Because this is the worst computer repair store ive ever visited. The guy is so rude and has no customer service whatsoever.I gave my laptop to them and he said he would call me back to let me know when i can pick it up. The guy never called me back. It was sitting there for 3 days and he couldnt diagnose the issue.When i called him and asked him why its taking so long to diagnose and repair he says “if you cant wait then come pick up the laptop because its not worth it for me to make 20$ profit if you keep calling and i cannot work like this” those are his exact words. But yet his store name is red mobiles and computer so if you dont wana make 20$ profit then you shouldnt be fixing laptops or computers. Stick to selling your bootleg phones to ppl who dont know any better. The guy is rude and doesnt care 1 bit about customer service. I suggest you pay a little more and actually get service for your money rather than going to him and feeling like they dont appreciate your business.Once again the worst repair store ive visited. HANDS DOWN!!

Shazad knew the problem asap and fixed my phone very quick I would 100% come back if any issue in the future

I have been to this place a couple of times already and each time I had a pleasant experience. I have purchased 3 iPhone 7s here and have had no issues.Asif was courteous and stayed true to his price.Hope to do more business with red mobile in the future.

Made the mistake of getting my Iphone repaired here. Had a cracked screen on my then new Iphone 7 (this was over a year ago) got the screen repaired at a fair rate similar to what most places charge. Phone turned off on me the next day. Went back in to see what the issue was, left after waiting an hour or two for the repair to be completed. They assured me everything is in working form. Later that night the phone turned off again. Went back the next day to see what the issue was, they explained a cable was loose but they can repair it. Left again after waiting an hour or two for repair to be completed. Later that day the home screen button stopped working. Returned the next day absolutely frustrated. Spoke with the owner this time because he happened to be there. They could not repair my phone and did not claim responsibility for all the damage to it. A simple cracked screen repair ended up destroying my phone all together because the technician that worked on it clearly didn't have enough experience. Left there fuming at how they dealt with the situation and made my way to the apple store to buy a new phone. The Iphone 7 they broke is just sitting in a drawer now collecting dust. Thanks guys, you took my money and destroyed my phone.
