University Avenue After Hours Medical Clinic

I needed A prescription filled that only can be filled at this after hour's clinic and I tried calling every day for almost a week but they kept putting me on hold and then hang up on me. I haven't been able to speak to one person. Luckily my pharmacist was able to fill my prescription for one month. I hope I can get through next time or I'll end up in emergency waiting for God knows how long.

I started calling at 4:29pm for an evening appointment. It was busy . I kept calling and finally got thru. The recording said my call was important to them. What a laugh that is. I stayed on hold until the call just went busy. I called back until I got thru again. The same thing happened. Put on hold for a few minutes than it went busy. I kept calling but the line just stayed busy. It seems they take the phone off the hook. I finally got thru again but this time it said if I was getting this recording they were full. How many apt do they take when they hang up on people. I know they don't care but it's a fine example of why the Heath Care System gets a bad name right now.

They do not answer the phone. The system seems to be set to instruct to start calling at 4:30 p.m. and then to respond they do not have appointments.Other reviews from the last months state exactly the same.

They go above and beyond what I ever expected from a clinic. The doctor was fantastic and picked up on underlying issues I hadn’t realized were connected. Reception is outstanding, incredibly caring and kind. I feel like I’m taken care of top notch here.

Called 45 times to no avail. The phone is always busy. Call after call and then you finally get your call in but it goes to a waiting queue, which cuts out to a busy signal after a few minutes of elevator music torture. Then you frantically do it all over again, trying to catch them between calls, to no avail. Is this a sick game? Tell Dr Jigsaw to get his practice together.

Shayanne, the doctors assistant is absoutely amazing. ( I hope I wrote her name correctly ) And both doctors were very good to me and my wife. Very busy place.

Have been calling nonstop the past 2 days and either got hung up on or recieved an automatic voice message that doesn't allow you to leave messages to book an appointment.

This after hours clinic has the best service.Friendly, professional and the Physician attending has been great.When you can’t get into your own Dr. this is a wonderful alternative.I rate it 5 stars because it is always a very positive experience.

I called 520 times within 40 minutes and did not get to speak to a single person just busy tone and voice-mail. It should be this difficult for people to get help. I'd honestly give 0 starts if that was an option.

First time here. Very small waiting room, very limited seats, no distancing or masks required which is very scary as everyone is within very close range of each other. Waiting room time was 45 minutes but doctor was great.
