Worst a&w i have been at so far. I was there today and the cashier just stood there silently and awkward without even acknowledging me. The few times I have used the drive threw it's taken 15-20 min to get my food.

I’d give zero for service instead of one star….just asked for the New Frozen Root Beer and it came 2/3 Full the young blonde lady at the till. I said that’s not full and she replied that’s how the machine makes it have a nice day. At $4.99 this a bloody rip off and the staff needs more customer service training. Being a regular customer this truly make me not want to purchase items at A&W ever again
