Service these days? I’d given up hope of exceptional service for the most part, then Hailey helped reset the bar for me.Needed to locate a case of limited wine to top up our cellar for Christmas and two more to keep my private collection on the ready.Spent a fair amount of time looking, only to find limited amounts and ridiculous shipping costs. Time was short and I was busy, ugh, Christmas.Hailey tracked down the wine and delivered to my door in record time. My wine cellar cooling unit quit working. It was purchased over 3 years ago by our home builder from Ramona at Wine Cellar Depot and as a result was past its warranty period. Ramona quickly got involved to recommend a local service contractor to assess the issue. They identified that it would be cost prohibitive to repair. Ramona then worked hard to convince the manufacturer to extend their warranty period for me and in fact supply us with a brand new unit. It has since been installed and is working great! I highly recommend Ramona and her team at Wine Cellar Depot for their exemplary customer service. Great job!

I contacted WineCellarDepot after years again when I needed urgent help with the cooling system for my cellar. Ramona (on her first day back from vacation) spend a lot of time to understand and analyse the nature of the failure and not only solved my immediate problem quickly but also offered advice how to improve the my installation to prevent problems in the future. Despite a supply shortage in Canada, Ramona managed to ship me a replacement unit within 24h of our conversation!I am extremely happy with the service from the team at the WineCellarDepot and so pleased that after helping me to build the cellar a decade ago the service and attention to detail is still the same! Ramona is a gem! So is her installation team! She took the time to properly understand what I was looking for and then proceeded to produce thoughtful drawings that we iterated over quickly to find the end solution. Because of the recent flooding and overall supply chain issues there were some delays in getting the racks sent to Vancouver to be put together. Ramona took advantage of her relationships with suppliers to get me an upgraded wood on my racks as a result. John and Dave were perfect on installation. Because all the pre-installation work was done properly the actual installation was smooth. I would highly recommend their services.
