Just Sweet Enough. Diabetic Bakery & Health Foods

Absolutely amazing. Gluten free and keto but they taste like good regular desserts. Tried each of their cupcakes and the brownie, and all were delicious and very sweet despite having no sugar. I've gone to keto bakeries before and have been disappointed, but that was not the case this time. My gluten free friends loved the sweets and I'm going to buy my treats from here even if I'm not eating keto, due to how good they taste while being low sugar. No brainer. Thanks guys! Also, not expensive like other keto places.

I purchased two different keto wise fat bombs. I tried to eat one of them after dinner but the centre was hard as a rock. I checked the expiry date on the package and it was 14 months past the best before date. The other one expired the previous month. I brought them in to show the lady that sold them to me the day before and she looked up the transaction from the day before and told me I got them on a discount!!!! She told me that she knew they were outdated. I said that wasn't acceptable and I don't shop around for expired products in hopes of getting a discount which in fact I never actually received anyways. She explained to me that expiry dates were just precautions which is mind blowing. I told her it was like trying to bite into concrete and maybe she should follow the expiry recommendations on the packaging. She didn't offer a refund or an exchange which is also mind blowing.-Knowingly stocking and selling outdated products.-lying about giving out a discount.-trying to tell me expiry dates are a suggestion.-not offering a solution.Fail.

A lot of options for diabetics and people doing low carb or sugar free diets, and a full bakery of items. Staff is also very helpful and friendly.I’m not giving a 5 star because the retail items are very expensive (30-70% more than other stores on the exact same items) and, while I’ve tried their cupcakes, squares, and Nanaimo bars, and have found them really good, the cookies are soggy and don’t have a cookie-like consistency at all.

Great bakery for Keto finds. Low carb bakery items were tasty & light, (pricey but all Keto or low carb goods seem to be) great selection of Keto-friendly goods but beware the maltitol sweets, that will spike your blood sugar just like white sugar. Would be nice if they brought in more products using stevia etc. But was nice to see low carb pastas, sauces, sweets etc.

Tried the cupcakes and they were highly enjoyable. They were just sweet enough.Try the Black Forrest flavour, as that was the favourite.They also have a nice selection of prepackaged grocery items catered to those managing diabetes.

I have several friends who are diabetic so I did a Google search for bakeries that catered to diabetic needs and this was the first place that came up. They have an amazing selection of products that are sugar free and I am delighted to have discovered this bakery! There are also Keto products and a large variety of syrups, etc. I'm so glad this place exists and I know I'll be back again.

Had the black forest cupcake, it was nice and spongey with whipped cream and cherry jam. For people that don't eat low carb, the texture might seem totally different than regular cupcakes. All the desserts are around 3-5 g of carbs and they use the ingredients in store. A great alternative that's guilt free.
