I was not happy with the most recent eye lenses prescription, spoke to a nice young lady over the phone and she was going back and forth as a middle person between me and the doctor who didn’t bother to talk to me through a long phone call, my previous lenses prescription was stronger than the most recent one and I am having hard time with reading and the first thing he did is lied when he replied to me that nothing was changed in my prescription and they didn’t know what to say when pulled out my prescriptions records and prove to them that there is a difference and lenses degree is not the same with all that being said he insisted that he has made no mistake and I have to solve my issue with optical shop who prepared my glasses, and he didn’t want to understand that it isn’t about who’s mistake it is, the issue is very simple, it is I am used to my old stronger prescription and not happy with the new weaker lenses.I am leaving this optometrist with my 17 family members whom they are not happy with him as well.

Yikes. Not professional, no equipment used. Diagnosed my child with an eye condition that required lots of his in-office, expensive “therapy”. Went to a real optometrist for a second opinion and turns out there is no eye problem. If you took one look at his office, you would run the other way.

Very nice staff. They were very kind to my 1 year old. May did an amazing job helping me pick glasses for my face shape. Sawssan was very efficient with my pre -testing. Mayce was very kind at the front desk checking me in. Dr. Issac was very friendly and patient. Overall great experience!
