We have been working with TeksMed Services for over 17 years to manage our Work Safe BC claims.Over these years they have done an excellent job in monitoring and managing our employee’s return to work programs after being injured in the workplace.Overall, we have been very happy with our decision many years ago to outsource our Work Safe claims management to TeksMed and would highly recommend them.

We've been working with Teksmed for over a year and they have been incredibly helpful with our WCB Claims Management. The staff are knowledgeable and very professional in their work. Not only do they support directly with WCB Claims, but they also give informative statistics on claims and provide suggestions on how to improve costs. Our employees have given great feedback on the supportiveness of the case managers and ease of the process as a whole.

I was dropped into health and safety with no idea what to do or how. My first week, we had a big incident. Teksmed was great. They helped me navigate all the forms. Made it all go smooth. I'm so happy with their service. They are also very available to any inquiry with quick responses. I really like how they look out and help us (the company) but also offer services and help employees who are hurt to get the best care possible.

We have worked with Teksmed as our Disability Management team for both occupational and now non-occupational injuries and illnesses for around 7 years. They have been fantastic to work with - they are professional and fair, they support both the employer and the employee, and it helps employees maintain confidentiality of their medical when it is an independent third party gathering the medical and preparing the GRTW, RTW and stay-at-work programs.
