I had been avoiding going to get a haircut in Edmonton because my hair-lady was back in Calgary, but after reading these reviews I was convinced... let me tell you they were right. FUSS has such a friendly environment from the moment that you walk in, on top of this, the place is spotless. Vicky took care of me, I love my haircut and she had such a positive attitude. Will definitely be coming back and recommending anyone & everyone here!

Had 2 last minute cancellations and they banned me. I only wish they would have given me some warning. I suggested that I pay a fee for the time they lost, but they declined. I guess that's how they choose to run their business, all or nothing. It's just a shame about the situation since I enjoyed my time with my stylist, but I'll be moving on to a different salon.

Followed my stylist Carrie to Fuss & I am glad that she made the move. As I walked into the salon for the first time, I loved how airy, bright & welcoming it is and it has a great view of the river valley. Went for a blowout for my first visit as I needed product. Carrie did a great job of my hair and I am very happy with my Sacha Juan moisturizing shampoo & conditioner. Have already booked my next visit. I recommend Fuss and the Sacha Juan product line to everyone.

Happened to me twice here - the hairdresser, name starts with an L doesn’t listen to clients properly before inserting her own opinion and doing what she thinks is best. This is common with experienced hair dressers I find - I don’t care how experienced you are listen to your clients! I will not be back. You’re overpriced and do exactly what any cheaper hairdresser would do.

Fuss was amazing! I went in nervous about having my hair damaged, but it turned out amazing! Vicki was wonderful, and my hair has never looked better. I highly recommend her :)

Came back here to write a review. I’ve went to FUSS twice now, and have never been disappointed. It is the only salon I trust my hair with in the city. I have to shout out Vicki, because WOW. I have never been so impressed and obsessed with a hair cut before. Vicki exceeded my expectations. She even taught me some tips and tricks for styling at home. I have taken her advice and utilized it and I’ve truly never felt this good about my hair. She is so friendly and genuine, the whole appointment just felt so nice after neglecting my hair cut for 6 months. If you’re going to FUSS, go book with Vicki.
