Excellent. Phillip's software made an appointment, alerted me ahead of time he would arrive. He diagnosed that my dishwasher needed a part, told me where to order it online, and that he would return to install it, at no extra charge. Phillip then fixed my dishwasher. Very professional, friendly, courteous. I highly recommend Dynamic Appliance.

I got charged twice for trouble shooting a problem that didn’t occur again for the repair guy to fix. He was here for 20 mins and I got charged

From the beginning Philip ordered wrong part for dryer. 12 days later tried to put the part in (that’s when he realized he ordered wrong part) he therefore informed me he would make it fit and work He took the old part and modified it with the ordered part. It did work. While putting the dryer back together he DROPPED the dryer door and BROKE the Latch (that keeps the door locked)He assured me he would get the part for the door (that HE BROKE) and come back with it. A few days later I checked with him and couldn’t reach him. (he has message manager, but does not clean out the mail box, therefore you can’t leave a messages). He gave me a part # and I tried to order myself and I got in touch with Whirlpool and the parts person informed me that it is NLA (no longer available) I haven’t been able to reach him since a week ago. This is poor service and would let every to stay clear of this business. It is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, also Philip is very hard to speak to. Very Negative Personality. THE DRYER DOOR WILL NOT LOCK AND CANNOT BE USED!!!!

The appliance repair guy showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He clearly explained what the issue was and how to deal with it in the future. No problems here! Would definitely recommend.
