ERIE ST CLAIR RADIOLOGY (ESR) CLINICS

Professional and knowledgeable. I had xray and ultrasound last week. I don't remember the names but both done in timely manner and nice staff.

I do not recommend going there for pregnancy ultrasound because they don’t let the partner assist the ultrasound, which is so unfair. They give vague reasons like ‘’we don’t have time to answer questions’’ or ‘’we don’t have time to show the baby on the monitor’’. Yet they answer all the questions from the mom and show the images to the mom. It’s completely inconsiderate for couples and for the husband.

Highly recommend this place!! my girlfriend was supposed to have an ultrasound appointment at Edin boruough, but they didn’t confirm her appointment even though she gave them her number. My girlfriend called in the morning the day of her appointment to follow up with them, and they told her that they tried calling when In fact there were no phone calls at all. She ended calling this place, and they apologized for their unprofessional behaviour and they let her come in to get her ultra sound an hour after the phone call, we very much appreciated it.

AMAZING STAFF!! The entire Erie St. Clair Radiology team went above and beyond to take care of me and ensure that I got the medical attention I urgently need.After suffering a sports-related injury, I needed an ultrasound and x-ray to determine if I had a tear in my Achilles. Lina was able to schedule my tests quickly. Jen was wonderful while conducting my X-ray.Upon completing my ultrasound and identifying that I had a significant tear in my Achilles, Gordon and Anita worked diligently to prepare their report and communicate with my primary physician and the fracture clinic at the hospital to coordinate and expedite the next steps for my treatment.Within one hour of completing my tests, I was fitted for a walking boot and had an appointment to meet with a surgeon the next morning. I even received a follow-up call the next day from Anita. Their actions helped prevent a full rupture of my Achilles and I was able to have repair surgery less than a week after my ultrasound.Lisa, Jen, Gordon, and Anita are the definition of caring. I am very thankful for their actions. Thank you for the great work that you do!

Worst front Desk. I was told over the phone my appointment at 10:45 I went there at 10:30 she told me I’m late because my appointment was at 10am not 10:45. The worst place in Windsor try CMR is way better and have nice attitude.

Horrible experience since my first 9 week ultrasound. First my due date was April 21, at 12 weeks they changed it to April 17. Then told my OB April 11th? Most recently screwed up my appointment time. After writing on a piece of paper the day and time I was under the impression it was. Not even apologetic. Then when I ask what they have my due date as .. they said April 21... clearly they don’t update their systems. Horrible communication at front desk. Took the afternoon off at work and so did my husband to find out the gender of our child today only to have them screw up and tell me we have to wait 4 more weeks. Won’t be going back there. yes Definitely not recommended. 1 nice male technician. That’s the only positive thing I can find to say.

The front desk was really rude and unhelpful. While I was waiting the receptionist was yelling at patients over the phone and she had a bad attitude for no reason with myself and the other patients.

My tech was very polite & knowledgeable. She explained everything to me as she went and answered all my questions.

They’ve always been really nice to me! Got me in quickly every time. Assuming my little one cooperated they were really quick but in a good way! I always got CDs of pictures of my baby, and my husband has always been allowed in. As someone who has struggled to get pregnant, they have made this time even more special!
