We shop a lot from the store and in my opinion this one particular person is not fit to work with people or animals! Today I was dealing with another associate and my dog was on one of those extendable leash as I was paying at the cash I noticed this person stood back to watch my dogs movements so I called my dog to stay close and I was told if I knew that there is a lock on the leash!!!! My dog is a small poodle and his leash was already locked had maybe a meter to move around! Put a no dog sign and get yourself out of misery

REALLY CLEAN, sells the treats and food my cat eats.Only complaint is the price of this car food has increased and to me it's becoming really expensive

I love the pet bath station and the staff are always so helpful. They do care about your pet and there is always a friendly hello for her. So much easier on our backs - well worth the $10 which includes soap, towels and blow dryer.

I've been buying pet food here for a long time.Every store is neat, well-stocked and run by friendly, knowledgeable people who truly love animals.

Absolutely terrible experience with the lady working in the front, we came for pet wash and she is terrible, rude, and inappropriate words. She is not fit to work anywhere nonetheless pet store. I wouldn't come back to this store.

I take my dog in here for a bath, it's clean, they provide you with everything you need. People who work there are friendly and helpful. My pupper always gets a treat after his bath too.

Closed off the dog baths before 5 when they close at 6. Kid working obviously didn’t want to clean up. I come here frequently for this service and have never had this happen. Not impressed at all. Waste of time, energy, gas and got my dog all worked up just for a lazy employee to say no.

What a great experience it was taking our dog in to use the cleaning station. Tidy facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely will repeat.

Horrible experience, if I can give a zero star then definitely would. The “soon to be manager” was in the front as we entered the shop, absolutely rude. The way she was talking to us was one thing. We came to give our dog a wash and was told we got 20mins. No issues with that. The shower head fell off as it was already loose and we were GOING to mention that in the front as we were going to pay, that “soon to be manager” started to clean the area as we were leaving and shouted at us accusing us we purposely broke the shower head and was not going to do or say anything about it. The other lady who works there was a sweetheart however this whole experience was not pleasant. Customer service is poor.
