Dropped seats off for a minor repair they said ready in a few days.I called back 5 days later and left number with fella and they were to call me back and never did. I called back after long weekend as and lady said haven't even looked at them. So after 9 days they haven't even been looked at. I am sure they do great work but customer service not the best. Lady didn't even seem to care when I said needed them. Told her I was going to have to pick them up and take them elsewhere for repair she said go ahead come get them...didn't seem a care in the world. Again probably good work but cant say for sure as they didn't do anything. But customer service is not the best!! One star as customer service sucks!

We have dealt with Estey's both personally and for business for many years. We have had all our canvas done for our C&C38 as well as 2 boat covers and many more projects. Always satisfied with the results.We have had team jackets t-shirts and hoodies made all with great results.

Our sons team ordered name bars and the majority of them started loosing the letters after the first game, we were not offered a reasonable solution or refund. Poor customer service.
