I've been going here for years and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Always greeted when I go in and when they don't have what I need in stock they help find the item. Highly recommend Reflections!

Reflections pools is our go to store for supplies. Staff is always helpful and pleasant, pricing is fair and service is always about the customer.

25 years ago Dino and his team put our pool in and we just needed to replace our pump, filter and heater. After calling around to all the big boys ...International Pools snd Spa , discounter pools and supplies my wife said why not try Dino. So I did and in the end easily saved $200.00 .. seriously I was quoted ovet $700 for a pump...and when I called Dino they told me that they had a Haward Super pump 1 hp for $449.99 plus tax . So not only save the money but the drive time to get all the way to Taunton Rd. Thanks all gain Dino and Staff...appreciate all the help over the years. I will be coming buy this week for rhe hot tub parts .. again appreciate itBill OBrienCourtice

I'll keep this one simple. I booked my pool closing 2 weeks ago and was supposed to be for today. I called yesterday to confirm and was told I am not even in their schedule. Then I was told everyone has covid and nobody is in. Did they have Covid 2 weeks ago? Why wouldn't I be in the schedule? Seems old reviews for this place are great. I advise you stay away if you want reliability.

DO NOT BUY YOUR POOL FROM THEM!!!After just 2 years my liner has several wrinkles in it and the company is not taking any responsibility which will cost us thousands. We had it checked by another company and they confirmed it was poorly/incorrectly installed. Reflections pools told us to contact the liner manufacturer. Which obviously won't get involved as the money paid went to Reflections. They have no pride in workmanship. Lights took forever to get installed. Had issues with the jets also.THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETEMARE! Made us regret ever getting a pool.PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THERE PRODUCT.

Made 3 different service calls here for my hot tub. 1st call, was told tech would call back that day, waited 4 days, no call back. 2nd call, voicemail, left message, waited 3 days, no call back.3rd call, for someone on phone, they made every excuse not to take my business for some reason. Was told they are too busy.Very unprofessional.I have bought all my chemicals there for 3 years, but they’ve lost my business, I’ll be going elsewhere

Very helpful and friendly!! Dino the owner and his staff are a great, both inside the store and the crews that came to our home. We had a pool nightmare that we inherited and Reflections stepped in to save our backyard and have us swimming. The only reason for -1 star is communication. There were times during the restoration process that we just felt out of the loop when it came to scheduling of work and were left a little confused at the end of the project. With that aside, we are now in love with our new backyard!

Have to thank the owner and staff for helping me out with a last minute pool repair before winter set in.Other contractors told me its seasonal work and see them in the spring but Dino found a way to get me the help needed to complete my repair successfully.All the staff are friendly and helpful and they had all the parts needed for this repair. Thank you Dino and Sam, the pool is ready for next year.
