good items but absolutely terrible service. today at around 3:00 i came in looking for jeans and the blonde girl working there (wearing black) gave me a death stare. i ignored it, and asked her if i could get a change room. she laughed under her breath while she led me there, which i still ignored. after thirty minutes of waiting to be cashed out (she was the only one working there and was helping some other customers out), i asked her if i could be cashed out and she just gave me another look while going to the register. while cashing me out, she looked incredibly angry. while handing me my bag, i said thank you (nicely, i didnt want to be rude) and she just said “bye”. when i got home, i noticed she forgot to take the security tag off which may just be an honest mistake. but i mean, if you’re going to be rude at least be good at it.

There was no mirror in the trial room and the outside mirrors had a pile of boxes in front if it so I couldn’t even look at the clothes I tried on. Also, they have the rudest store person

Today may 11 in the afternoon around 4:30, two associates that were very nice and helpful towards what I needed. And we’re very patient as I am a senior with hearing problems

Not the greatest location.Here are the issues:1. I came to shop early morning on April 22nd, and one of the female employee was nice but she kept talking to someone over her personal phone on SPEAKER. If you are planning to use to use the phone, at least go to the back of the store and do your chit chat over the phone. Even at the cash register when she was getting the transaction ready for me, her phone was on speaker.2. Not the employees fault but this location has low selection. Square one is a busy mall so this location should be receiving more shipment then any other locations in Mississauga.3. Return/Exchange policy is ridiculous. You can’t do refund’s. The company only offer 14 days exchange or store credit. Literally every other retail stores has between 30 days to 60 days return/exchange policy. If you are still planning to do exchange/ store credit, please at least allow 30 days instead of 14 days.discounts.

The worst customer service ever. Went to pick up my order which had my name under ship to account. I also had email confirmation stating the same. They wouldn't give me my order as the cardholder's name was my husband's ( different last name than mine ). I understand that but the lady at the store ( Sharrron) was very rude. She was the one who pointed me to someone else who can help me with the pick up. But , she jumped in to the conversation when I wasn't even talking to her. Just very very rude. I asked her name and she said it's Sharrron , GO AHEAD! !!!!!!!

Recently visited this store and found very friendly manager there his name is Chris. He is really good at customer service and helped us to get us good stuff. He went beyond and he did price match from online which was different in store.. highly recommend.. good stuff with cheaper price..

The clothing here is affordable and you can definitely find nice things for men and women. I have always purchased clothes online and got it shipped to this store. However, the service here was not that great during my recent visit when I went to pick up my order. I asked an Asian girl with long ponytail working near the change room if she has another size in jeans that I wanted to purchase. She told me that it’s whatever is on the floor and they had nothing in the back. All I wanted was for her to go and see if they had another size. She didn’t even ask me what size I needed. I went to check out and for 5 mins she was talking to her friend until she turns around and realizes she has a customer. I’m assuming she’s the store manager or supervisor but she has terrible customer service and needs to be retrained.

Beautiful store. Very modern and affordable merchandise. Great selection of jeans and tops at very affordable prices. Modern and uniquely designed cheap sunglasses that don’t look cheap. Excellent customer service. Manager is fantastic. She provides the best customer service at Square One Mall by far. Awesome sales lady, very helpful and professional.

The clothes are good and prices are reasonable but the problem lies with the staff. One woman that works at this branch was very sarcastic and passive aggressive with the customers. Rudely asking one to not sit on a counter (which I know is wrong to do but don't ask so rudely), and then asked me to stand elsewhere and almost laughed as if I was dumb enough not to know where the line was.

The manager over is such a rude person she said her name to be samantha clearly on the counter it said we are hiring when went to ask she was like she own the store and responded we r not hiring i m busy do you have some other work like if you are not hiring why is it written inside outside and atleast be polite
