I cannot speak highly enough of this pharmacy and their team! Kim, Mo and Nancy were all extremely helpful in filling the prescriptions for my dog. Thankfully, my veterinarian agreed to fax over her prescriptions after a surgery and I was able to save a significant amount of money having her meds compounded and/or supplied by this pharmacy! Incredibly personal, efficient and reliable service. I would recommend to all for both human and furry friend pharmacy services!

So unprofessional! It's took me 20 years to gather the courage to do a DNA test and the test kit wasn't complete and the lab called me. Had to redo the test and they actually wanted me to pay for another test kit! Medicine shoppe changed their email and didn't notify the lab who has been trying to reach them since 11 June to get permission from them to give me the results. It's now 2 July and I called the 30 June asking why this is taking so long. They tried to blame the lab, then blame COVID, I'm like you took my money for a service and you've failed to provide that service. DO NOT GO there for DNA testing!!! They took no responsibility for their mistakes, multiple mistakes and that just makes it worse.Perhaps if the original package had been properly packaged in the first place and then even doubled checked, this horrible mess could have been avoided. But it wasn't. The lab had been reaching out since 11 June, almost 3 weeks with no reply, the medicine shoppe changed their email and failed to notify the lab. Something that should have taken 3 weeks is now taken 7 weeks and I'm still waiting on the lab results.I think that the least the medicine shoppe could have done after the first mistake was to bring the swabs to me and my father. After all, it was your mistake, correct?

I've been going to the Medicine Shoppe almost since it opened ...must be at least five years ago. So helpful to have a Pharmacist who is also conversant in alternative medicine and supplements and can help you with decisions about your health. So nice as well that you get a discount of 20% on all supplements if you have fill your perscriptions there. Anastasia and her team are a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team and I'm so glad I've been their customer.

I don't usually go on Google and review places. The reason I feel the need to do this now is because of the relationships I have been able to build on and be proud of with this team of unmatched professionals. For privacy reasons I won't mention their names but they have transformed my confidence and are truly as important if not more than the medications I take themselves. Great prices , amazing knowledge, thorough compassion and a solid fluency on pharmacology , I recommend these beautiful people to all in the quinpool area and surrounding.
