Great place to practice and learn the elegant art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Rob is an excellent teacher and I've come a long way since joining his club.

If you want to learn jiu-jitsu and compete or just be part of a never ending journey this is the perfect environment anyone can ask for. Great coach, people and atmosphere. Youth and adult classes are well structured you will learn a lot if you put the time in.

I've been training with Rob Barham for a year now and it has completely changed my life. As a woman learning Jiu Jitsu has been so important in my own confidence and safety, I recommend everyone trying it, it's a killer workout plus you get to learn to kick some butt. Rob is a great teacher and makes you feel at home in every one of his classes. 10/10 would recommend.

Professor Rob aka Martelinho, is very passionate about teaching BJJ as a sport and a self defense Art. He is very articulate, concise and consistent in his teaching.
