Roman Bath Centre

Writing this review because of the great service. We renovated in '18 and in '23 had an issue with a bath fixture. Called up the store and they had all our details on file, and when we came by, dealt with the same person on the phone and they simply gave us the replacement parts. No fuss or issue and was able to easily fix the bath fixture. I really like a store that doesn't hassle, making it easy to get service. That, to me, is worth any price!

Great from start to finish. Joseph sorted us out in no time, seemed to know what we needed before we did. I was impressed that he would flag areas where we might not get value for money. Showed us around the store quickly, and gave us time to deliberate without being over our shoulders. Super fast email response after the fact, to keep our order moving. Vera and the crew at the shipping dock also top notch, super personable and thorough.

Part of what I do for a living is renovate kitchen and bathrooms. Through years the years I have built a number of relationships with different stores and suppliers. This store is easily the worst, by far. Salespeople have lied to secure the sale by saying something is in stock, even to go as far as walking you over to their desk so they can check inventory. I ordered over $3000 worth of bathroom hardware and accessories and after Leuel checked inventory and ensured all but one item was in stock and the remaining item would come in within 2 weeks, I felt secure in moving forward. After printing the invoice, she mentioned I could not cancel anything due to any delays but not to worry as they had almost everything and the one missing item was already on its way to the warehouse.When pickup day arrived a week later, it turned out I was missing 4 items, not 1 and they would be arriving in 8 weeks, not in 2.Upset about this change and not being able to cancel my order, there was nothing to do but accept. I took the items home only to find out 3 of them were damaged. I ended up having to visit their suppliers or wait another 5 days for replacement items. I chose to pickup from the supplier but they didn't have one of them so I had to wait for it.The following day, opening the large flush mount shower head ($1200), my contractor realized that in the box, there were missing items. I ended up, once again visiting a different supplier to rectify the situation. At the supplier's, they opened up numerous brand new" boxes to find that many were missing items. Eventually

Would recommend Roman Bath. Bought fixtures for my bathroom and kitchen from here. Great quality, reasonably priced and appreciated the time they took with me to select my fixtures. Overall great experience.

Roman Bath Centre is my 'go to' place for everything bathroom! I have worked with Shelly and Dave to renovate 5 bathrooms over the last few years, and they are both spectacular! They have given me great design advice, have recommended fabulous products that suit my needs, have given me great prices, and have provided outstanding service! I will never go anywhere else. They are patient and helpful; they stand behind their products; they are very easy going when I need to exchange or refund a product, and I couldn't be happier with the end results. I highly recommend this place. The showroom has beautiful products, and the staff are very knowledgeable about what they carry, and what they can order. And the prices can not be beat!! GO!! You will not be sorry.

I've had the worst experience at this store with the sales representatives (David) and service at this store, wish I can give a 0 star review. They've continuously messed up my orders and refused to take responsibility for any of their mistakes. As this is a very high end store, I expected to receive at least decent service for their ridiculously high prices. Although their attitude and service was terrible overall, there were too major issues I've experienced at this store:1) Be VERY careful what you order at this store. First of all, they require you to put a 50% deposit on everything at this store, and when you pick something up, you need to continuously add to this deposit which is very annoying and time consuming. I wanted to return one of the items at the store that were in-stock and have not yet picked it up RIGHT after I purchased it, and they asked to charge a 25% restocking fee. Which made no sense since they have not yet even took it out of stock.2) I ordered a 13k set bathroom vanity. For one of the facets, they gave me a used older generation model which did not fit into the vanity. When I took it back they said they will replace a part and gave me another one, which still did not fit. I had to go back a total of 4 times and finally complain that I will post a bad review for them to finally stop giving me old stock to save money and finally give me a new set. I wasted 4 days and had to pay renovators 4x as many installation fees all because they wanted to push out old stock. The manager freaked out when I said I'll post a bad review and promised to call and give me a discount, which of course she never did as they have a thing for not keeping promises.All in all I would strongly recommend you think twice before doing business with this store.

I have used Roman Bath for an extensive home renovation as well as a major cottage renovation.In both instances I found the selection of products extensive and the level of service excellent. The staff are knowledgeable and were a huge help in narrowing down my needs and working within my budget.Inventory levels are very good and therefore product delivery was prompt and was on schedule. If I had a question or problem my concerns were dealt with immediately and professionally. I highly recommend Roman Bath Centre and in fact would not think to go anywhere else when doing a bath or kitchen renovation.
