Master Sam does an amazing job at engaging the children. My kids are excited to go to every single session and regret when they have to leave. His positive attitude is infectious and his ability to teach in a way that makes things fun day in and day out is fantastic. The facilities are clean and the location is great. If you are looking to get your kids (or yourself) involved in a discipline, there is no better place then Master Sam.

Going on our 3rd year with Master Sam and his team. It has been one of the most positive and rewarding experience for my family. The environment is wonderful, full of positive energy, and very much family oriented. Master Sam and all his staff genuinely care about their members. I would recommend and encourage anyone to be part of this club!

I’ve heard great reviews about Saroughi International Taekwon-do. Looking to register my teen and decided to join myself, best decision ever. Master Sam and his team are very knowledgable, definitely a great workout, friendly/clean environment. Always leave feeling positive and rejuvenated.

I love Saroughi Martial Arts. It's helped me develop my taekwondo skills, particularly strength and kicking. During classes, there's always someone to help. I go to the adult classes and we do a good mix of strength, kicks, cardio, pattens, and use of equipment (like paddles, punching bags, kicking shields). Master Sam is a great instructor. He is meticulous in giving feedback and explains the mechanics of kicks and patterns very well. I always feel great after I leave and I'm always looking forward to going back. Overall, I highly recommend Saroughi Martial Arts.

My daughter and son have been going to Saroughi Taekwon-Do for close to 3 years now, since they were 3 and 5 years old. I felt it was important for them to learn self-discipline, self-defense, gain confidence in themselves, and to be part of a community centered on respect. Master Sam is amazing with kids. We go twice a week and to this day they are still very excited to go to class, and look forward to seeing Master Sam and Master Andrew. I was so impressed that I joined myself 6 months later! I also have a 10 month old baby girl at home, and as soon as she's ready she'll be joining too. I highly recommend Master Sam and his team at Saroughi Taekwon-Do for anyone thinking about learning Taekwon-Do, or for any parents who believe their kids can benefit from being in a respectful and highly positive environment while learning an amazing martial art.

My wife and son started taking Taekwon-do classes with Master Saroughi and Mister Andrew about two and half years ago. The experience has been life changing for both of them. My son, now 13, has grown into a strong teenager, confident in his abilities and he's had an amazing leadership opportunity to help out with some of the younger members. My wife has found new strength and confidence that she never had before. This club is not about personal glory, it's about working together, supporting each other and celebrating everyone's successes as a family. I can't thank Master Saroughi and Mister Andrew for all that he has given our family.

This is an easy 5 star! Master Sam is a blessing to the true form of martial arts beyond the discipline. He lovingly teaches manners, character, kindness and respect before teaching takwondo. He builds confidence and his genuine nature allows his student to dig deep into wanting to do their best. He truly is a master. Also master Andrew is kind and supportive. The gym is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Seemingly everyone that goes is positive and kind. If you are reading this review, do yourself the favour and just sign up!

This place is amazing! The environment is clean, and well organized. Master Sam and his assistant are just terrific to learn from , they will answer any, and all questions asked with knowledge. My daughter as well as myself have recently started attending, and it already feels like a second home. With in the first couple weeks i decided to increase the amount of classes we'd be attending. My daughter is always looking forward to joining her class and seeing her instructors (she has an excellent amount of fun!). For adults it's a really good work out while learning self defense. Myself, as any parent, wants the best classes for their child. This being the best , I could only wish to have started us earlier!

One of the easiest reviews ever. We were hesitant about enrolling or daughter for a full year here. But meeting Master Sam took only 5 minutes. His chemistry with kids, his skills in the Dojang, the easy he engaged with our daughter, we signed on a heartbeat. His ethics and commitment to the success of his students is remarkable. I'd recommend anyone bringing their kids here. Is a very safe and educative environment. Looking forward to a very long term relationship! An update, we did zoom lessons for a bit with Master Alton from the Orleans location and the experience was amazing as well!
