FANTASTIC place. Pretty much my #1 go-to in Renfrew now. HUGE portions and excellent customer service. I never go in there without being greeted cheerfully. And the food is AMAZING. I could eat it everyday. Only thing thing they could do to make it better is turn the music down a bit. I find it's often blasting. Other than that, love everything about this place. Keep up the great work you guys!

I highly recommend Renfrew Shawarma. Generous portion sizes and polite service with a smile.I’ve tried out many shawarma places in Ottawa, and this is among the best. Definitely the best in Renfrew and surrounding areas.I am also impressed with how quickly they can turn around a delivery order and get it to my door (I live in Renfrew). The dine-in experience is fine as well and the restaurant is clean.If you haven’t already, give Renfrew Shawarma a shot. Their beef shawarma is excellent.

I have had Lebanese food in the Middle East and this food is definitely competitive. We had the beef platter and everything was done to perfection. Delivered in a sealed aluminum covered pan so we kept it warm in the oven. The price was excellent with enough food left for lunchI hope that Renfrew supports these folks because they sure deserve it!Well done!

Went in tonight had to repeat my order 5-6 times and then when I told him what sauce I wanted on the shawarma he started wrapping it without the sauce I had to stop him for the 7th time to tell him to take the sauce from the container and put it on the shawarma. Not sure if he was new or just having a hard time understanding but definitely made my time in there worse the food is great tho and that's what will keep me going back for sure!

I’m a sauce lover & man this spot has it down! The garlic is especially amazing, in wraps and on their potatoes. I appreciate the potatoes still have some dough to them and aren’t a deep fried puck like some places. Really fresh vegetables & falafel that isn’t too dry. I love the crisp from the pita toast post wrap too. Great value with a large trio for only $13. Would recommend to anyone.

It's simply put. Everything you want from a Shawarma place.Food quantity, good price, good service, and great price.My platter had a ton of chicken, cheaper then almost every other Shawarma place I've been, and most importantly it was delicious.Highly recommend!
