Highly recommended! Spartan Roofing team did a fantastic job fixing a few roof and gutter problems that came up in the recent wet weather - Michael went above and beyond when the job turned out to be bigger than expected. Really impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and dedication to their work.

We had Michael Mission come out to check on a roof leak situation on the back of our home that led into the attic. He fixed a simple error that was done by the roofers that was causing a leak during the rainy seasons. He was fast, knowledgeable and efficient in his solution. While he was up there he saw another builders error and sealed up a second problem we didn’t even know we had. If you are in need of a roofer I would give him a call for all your roofing needs.

My roof was 24 years old and I knew that the cladding on my two chimney chases was in bad shape. I contacted several roofing companies but Michael at Spartan was the only one willing to do the whole job. Before making a final decision I spoke with an individual who had his roof replaced by Michael. He told me he was very happy with the work and the only problem he had was chasing Michael down to pay him. This individual also mentioned that Spartan had replaced a roof across the street and that the work had originally been contracted to Penfolds but that they had subcontracted the work to Spartan. I had also been talking to Penfolds but their quote was roughly 50% higher than Spartan's for the roof portion alone. Spartan was clearly the best choice.I decided to go with the Landmark PRO shingles and I am glad I did. They are a heavier shingle as evidenced by the difficulty in cutting them. I was impressed with the work ethic of the crew. It was difficult to get them to take a break even though it was quite hot.The main chimney chase was clad in channel cedar and was roughly 25 feet high. The original builder had not flashed the top of the chimney and when Michael pulled the bottom siding off it was clear that the base structure was totally rotted and that all the plywood and siding on two sides had to be replaced. He dove right in, fortified the structure and replaced the plywood and siding and ensured that it had proper flashing so the problem would not happen again. All of this was done by ladder from sloped ground - truly amazing!I am very happy with the quality of work done and I have no reservation in recommending Michael and Spartan to my friends and family. I feel lucky to have found him.

They provided us with a very detailed estimate. Michael went over our roof and ensure us his estimate. would be the number we were invoice, we called 4 contractors and he was only one to actually go on the roof, there process was professional from start to Finnish.

Found Spartan roofing on FB and decided to meet to get their estimate. Mike was really good and explained everything I needed. Offered to consider a few options to make sure that I'm fully confident and satisfied. The price was really good too. Everything happened as promised from early morning arrival to the moment when everything was completed. Mike came next day just to make sure that there was no nails or garbage missed. Great sign of respect and responsibility. Really appreciated. This company is solid. All guys are super friendly, professional and experienced. I'm hiring them for my new gutters. This company you can trust your business and any issues with your roof. Highly recommend.
