I just came back from having a third piercing adding to my lobes and I am very impressed with the service I received. The young lady who pierced my ears was friendly and professional and I am pleased with the results!

i went burlington mall clairs for peircing of my twins girls.. one of the employee was over confident of piercing nd failed to do at first attempt.moreover, one of my twins didnt get one ear peirced proper nd i told her right away but she said if i press it more it will hurt so i didnt say anything. so that earing came off at night nd i called her. very first they said to charge for new earing. but KAYA CHRLES as an employee she talked with her manager nd made it free for me as it was that girl mistake. just giving 4 star bz of this experience but KAYA was very nice.

I was very unhappy and dissatisfied after being at this store. They have lots of deals which make their products seem appealing, but in reality Claire's merchandise is extremely low quality, aka cheap junk. Their nail polish is particularly awful - after only one day most of the polish had come off, even with two coats of polish and a clear coat. I was very frustrated and disappointed with the purchase of the nail polishes I got, and returned them as soon as I could. Although this review sounds like just another complainer, I am not the only one. Look it up on google. No one likes Claire's merchandise. Do better Claire's.

Great selection of attractively designed products that appeal to a juvenile clientele, but prices are far too high and the sales or specials are pathetic. Buy 3, get 3 free was their Black Friday offer (which they usually have anytime all year) and is useless if you are shopping for one gift. No website in Canada at all suggesting they don't take our business very seriously!

This 5 stars review is for Caitlyn! I went for ear piercings and she was super nice and explained the entire process for me. They spent a lot of time positioning the piercings which I very much do appreciate. The pricing is unbeatable.

Came in looking for very specific earrings for my wife. Kristen was a HUGE help. She checked ALL their extra boxea while i scowered the shelves. In the end my wife decided on a different pair BUT THANK YOU KRISTEN FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!!I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
