Walked in, stood at the wait here sign. They called me up, gave them the paper from my doctor. Nurse took me back immediately. Got blood taken, nice nurse and no pain. Walked out. 10 mins in and out. You do need a mask, but they are provided just inside the first door.

My partner and I went to this Red Deer Dynalife (5002 55 St, Red Deer, AB T4N 7A4) to get a blood and urine test done for our doctor. No one working talked clearly to my partner, they just mumbled and expected her to understand. The technician who did her blood sampling didn't look at her while talking and didn't ask which arm she wanted blood drawn from so now her left arm (dominant hand) is sore. Apparently, they took less blood from her than I, which makes me suspect that they didn't read her file properly (unsure if there was a reason). They then continued to mumble at her about doing the urine sample, and gave her insufficient instructions. A different technician even walked in on her while she was in the washroom and exposed, not giving enough time for her to respond after knocking. My partner was dehumanized and humiliated in this appointment. I’m horrified at the complete disregard for patient wellbeing.

There was a lineup to get in. BS Covid restrictions still in place?! Masks to get in? Seriously? Waiting room full. I had to wait in vehicle and burn gas to stay warm. You have to pay for parking. Appointment at 410. Waited 45 minutes for a text, to come back in for blood work, and then waited another 50 minutes in the waiting room. Total time in and out...1 hour and 45 minutes!????? Complete fn gong show!

Fantastic place to be, I never experienced something better in Canada than this please. Love it clean and nice everything organised. Beautiful people to talk to. Definitely recommending.

Came in & no one is tending the desk. The entire place is empty.. wait times are ridiculous for having practicality no one in the waiting room. Why was there no one at the counter?..

If you need blood work done in Red Deer go to the Bower location. The staff are awesome! If you get there right when the clinic opens you don’t have much of a wait time otherwise it’s like anywhere else, you’re waiting the better part of an hour or longer. But I much prefer this clinic compared to the other one in Red Deer.

Brutal. There is no way to book an appointment in the NW of Calgary. You can't call anyone. When you do book an appointment, they send you texts and email and no option to opt out of texts. When I finally did book an appointment (30 min from where I live), it was a 45 minute wait once I got there. Overbooking and making the customer / client / patient wait on their laurels seems to be the norm nowadays. What's the point of booking an appointment if they don't honour it?

If I could give 0 stars I would, I tried for hours to call for appointment booking and no one answers the phone says less then 20 minutes try 2 hour wait. This is my third attempt to call. So 6 hours wasted on the phone thanks!

I went in to get blood work done. I went in totally unprepared. The woman was slightly surly with me, but after I ran out to my truck found what I needed and came back she had refreshingly composed herself. She was a delight to deal with the rest of my time there. Her skills of sticking a needle in was amazing, didn’t feel it at all, didn’t bruise, just a very minor pain for the rest of the day.I had zero problems. I just dropped in, no appointment.

I was a walk in . I did have to wait but I had not made an appointment so those who did got to go first . Staff was in good spirits and made what I had to do as pleasant as possible well done!
