Walmart Supercentre

Don't use the Grocery Pickup here. It's very very very slow.................Expect to wait 45mins for it to arrive in your trunk. I think they need to hire more people in the Pickup department. The staff were great and friendly though.UPDATE:Changing my review from 1⭐ 10months ago to 5⭐ today because it looks like Walmart hired more people since i only waited around 5mins for my grocery pickup. Thanks for listening to feedback

Noticed that they had racks of Walmart brand ribs on sale for $6. Thought this was a great deal given the current economic climate … apparently this is what passes for a “rack of ribs” . WALMART DO BETTER. Can’t help but feel like this is false advertising .

I used to love this place but it is so disorganized and always out of stock on everything. the cashiers are unfriendly and the employees in the aisles are too busy just talking amongst themselves to do anything to help you. I shouldn’t feel like a burden asking an employee where I can find towels!! but I was gifted with a strange look because god forbid I interrupted her precious conversations with her coworkers. hire better employees wth is going on here

Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience here today. I found a mattress topper that did not have a price tag in front of it. I looked around that section (which was very disorganized) and finally found the same box in front of a tag saying it was $104. I compared both boxes to clarify that they were the same. When I went to cash, to my surprise, it rang in at $144. I showed the manager where I found it and explained what happened. Her response was that I should have compared the tag number and the box number and there was nothing they can do for me because it wasn’t their fault. I felt as though she turned this issue on to me making me feel that this was my mistake and that I should have known. As someone who has not worked in retail, I was not aware that this was something I should be doing, nor did I think that this was my responsibility. I have never been in this situation before, but I felt that I should have be honoured the price that the box was placed in front of. I hope that going forward your employees take more time and care in making sure your products have price tags so this confusion does not happen again.I am feeling extremely frustrated. It is not my job to make sure products are behind their correct tags. I had trusted that this step was a priority for you and that the price I saw on the shelf was correct.I hope someone can contact me to rectify this situation.Thanks

I recently had a rather unpleasant encounter with a customer service representative when I visited Walmart on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 12 pm. As a regular customer who has always received good customer support in the past, this experience came as a surprise and disappointment.At the store to return a product, I encountered a customer service lady who was noticeably rude and lacking in basic courtesy. Her manner of communication was far from pleasant, and it left a sour taste in my mouth.It is important for businesses to ensure that their employees are well-trained in providing exceptional customer experiences. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far short of that mark.

Horrible online setup. Can't set store location. Always sends me to Markham page whether I use my location or postal code. Offer more in store. Would rather be able to look around, not order online.

Huge store. Lots of variety in Fashion and Home Decor items. For Grocery it is quite expensive compared to Food basics and Freshco. Vegetables and fruits are not fresh and most of the time they are out of it. However, the store is Tidy and clean and associates help to find stuff.

Good PeopleGood Place.Lots of parking.Many varieties of groceries.Including Asian, Indian, and many more.Warm welcoming people and appreciable customer service.Problems i found are, many items get out of stock and they don't care about it. Since we are living beside this Walmart, its our primary shopping centre. Still, we need to go to other stores often due to this product unavailability.They carry fresh meat and groceries. Never see any expired stuffs.Overall 4 stars..Highly recommended.

I recently visited this Walmart location and was blown away by the exceptional customer service and wide variety of products available. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me locate items and answering my questions with a smile. Checkout was quick and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, this Walmart location is a top-notch retail store that provides a great shopping experience. I Highly recommend it!!! Will always be my go-to grocery store!!
