Murray's Service Center

My wife and I and our two friends were visiting the Markdale area for vacation for Family Day weekend. Unfortunately on Sunday evening we ran into issues with our truck, where the brakes were not functioning properly and we were leaking brake fluid. On the Monday of Family Day, we woke up early and started calling garages to see if anyone would be able to fix our truck as we were supposed to head back to Windsor, Tuesday morning. We must have called atleast 10-15 different auto repair garages and all the garages we called advised that they were closed for Family Day and would not be able to help us until Tuesday morning. We were almost at the point of giving up when I stumbled upon Murray's Service Center on Google Maps. I noticed he had a chat function which was super convenient so I sent a message. Murray responded quickly inquiring on what our issue was. He offered to come to our Air B&B we were staying at to take a look at the truck to see if he would be able to fix it that day for us. After being rejected by so many other garages this definitely gave us hope and boosted our spirits. Murray arrived at our Air B&B, quickly diagnosed the issue with the truck, advised us that he would be able to fix the problem that day and gave an affordable quote on the spot. We were able to drive our truck to Murray's Service Centre for him to work on the truck and he even drove us back to our Air B&B, 15 minutes away so we wouldn't have to wait around while he worked on the truck. Murray kept me updated and sent me a text message when he would be finished repairing the brake line. He then drove our truck back to our Air B&B for us. Once he delivered the truck back to us he went over the repair which he did on the truck and presented us with an invoice, which was accurate to the original quote.Murray, we can't thank you enough for your help in this tough situation we were in.
