Very poor communication by management on-site Kimberly Mills.

Nice building/neighbourhood, great tenants but VERY poorly run.My family and I rented in this building for almost 2 years. Most of the time was fine, however once management changed the caretaker, everything went downhill.They are rude, inconsiderate and dishonest.Because of the changes in how the building is run, it no longer felt comfortable as our home, so much so we moved out. Management did not care as it meant they could rent it for more money to a new tenant.If you're thinking about renting in this building, or from Rhome/Associa, don't. Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else.

Management is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional

NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY BUILDING. New management will hand you multiple warnings that children are undesirable for the building.Building management will take months to repair items in suite.Management is not friendly to any tenants when you need help or have questions.

Security and safety are the major concerns here, as there have been numerous break-ins and thefts in recent months. Personal belongings were stolen from SECURE storage lockers, mail packages were stolen from mail areas, and car screens in the SECURE garage parking were damaged. Very poorly managed apartment building.

This building is run very poorly. I lived here with my family for 2 years and we loved it until the new management took over. We moved out because of the way we were treated. They always spoke to us so rudely and are very unprofessional.Would not recommend renting here

Zero stars actually, Kimberly Mills the resident manager was completely uninterested in our phone call to make an appointment. I understand she set up numerous appointments and is busy. But when with a client, she could shown some genuine sense of interest. After the phone call I was not sure if the 15 min tour that she offered is virtual or in-person. She mentioned both but asked to come in person. The whole conversation just finished in confusion. If this is how they deal a potential client. Then what would be the fate of tenants who signed up to a year. We were initally skeptical about all the recent negative reviews. But now we know why. Henley Apartments hires people who are not genuinely concered about potential tenants.
