This clinic is one of the best lifelabs. They have a great walk-in system and you can book ahead. All the staff are friendly and do a good blood test, the needle doesn't hurt. Today my nurse Mai did a great job. Thank you lifelabs team

I showed up for a walk-in appointment. As per the notice on the door (see photo) they only make appointments for walk-ins, however, when I told them I fasted, they were accommodating and made my appointment to be in 5 minutes. I'd recommend booking the appointment online in advance (they were booked for a whole week when I tried). The people working there were kind

Clean place and friendly (but rushed staff) but be aware that they don’t go by appointment time rather when you check in. So if someone with an appointment after you checks in before you. They go first.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I understand being understaffed can be very overwhelming but there was no need for the girl at the front and someone else working there to yell at me to move to the other side of the desk because I couldn’t hear them due the mask and them talking very quietly. The girl at the front seemed very annoyed at everyone who comes in and has no respect. I went to get my blood test and the girl was really nice but just 2 days later I have an ongoing bruise that keeps growing and that is bigger than a size of a toonie. Usually it’s normal to get a little bruising no larger than a size of a dime. I would recommend going to a different life labs if you want to be treated with more care.

My doctor sent fax with requisition for blood test.I came in a few days, but woman on reception, her name is Patricia told me that thay didn't get any fax.She didn't even try to check the papers. I asked another woman , her name is Natalia She found this fact within seconds.It's just disrespectful to the customer.

Staff very friendly and efficiently helping people. Appt booked and they were on time with little waiting.

There is a middle aged Indian woman who is extremely rude to patients. During my visit she made many patients uncomfortable and a few days later when I called for my results she was being unbelievably mean over the phone for no reason. Try to avoid her if you’re visiting there.

Hour long wait and told I was better off going somewhere else. For a company that gets to bill Government per test they do, its surprising they don't have enough staff and tell me to go elsewhere.

Though waited a lot there, but Zahide, a technician there was so nice, professional, and patient! Listened to my complaint and simply apologized for my waiting! Also, she did a good job doing my blood work and I felt nothing! Thank you, Zahide!I recommend Zahide! :)
