Extremely disappointed. I made an order through Skip The Dishes for my coworkers. I was mainly waiting on the sausage sandwich which was missed. I knew Tim’s forgot to place it in the bag as the bag was very well sealead when it arrived by Skip. Well I decided to call Tim’s and I explained that my order was missing the sausage sandwich, the person who picked up just the phone became silent. Then I repeated myself and she asked me which sandwich. I informed her the sausage sandwich. I can hear noises then the phone went dead.Ok this must be an error, that’s what I was thinking. I called back at it sounded like the same person answered the phone. I explain the situation again. She kept asking me what I was missing on my sandwich. I said I’m not missing anything on it. I’m missing the complete sandwich. She told me come and we have you one but …. I explain if I can drive there then I wouldn’t be using Skip???She then said sorry, bye and hung up the phone. So definitely the first hang up was not by accident.This happened at 9 am May 16th, 2023 with all my coworkers listening on the whole conversation. Order #530949848. They couldn’t believe what had just happened. They recommend doing a review so this will not happen to someone again.Not impress at all.

It was a rainy Saturday, and I came to have a hot coffee inside. Was glad to see they had my fav raisin bran muffin.Was attended to by a short supervisor (no name tag)!Always, she is loud and rushes customers, and today was no exception, irrespective of the place being overflowing!!When she gave the coffee. says,'we don't have butter today' !! I was miffed, to say the least, and had she told me before heating up the muffin, I would've said NO!! Did not get any cutlery or napkins, and she was too eager to clear the lineups!!She's so abrupt, vociferous, and has zero courtesy!! To add to that, the staff yap away in Punjabi when the store is full of people from all walks of life!The manager has to address staff etiquette and spoken language issues, with all due respect!!I was very annoyed and disgusted by her service and shrill voice!!!

Tim Horton’s was good! Only downside is they didn’t have blueberry bagels or strawberry cream cheese. It’s been brought to my attention that these items have been discontinued.Staff were friendly, even with having to deal with a angry Karen at 7 in the morning, who accused the staff of “poisoning everyone and not washing their hands” after handling cash. Although, they clearly did wash their hands.Good service!

Restrooms are closed because they stock food in it and make it as a storage according to the store supervisor Parminder. This is a violation and against the law to lock customers Restrooms and make it as a storage and Tim Hortons company must take an action immediately!!

The wait time is way too long now because they’re too busy filling huge Skip the Dishes orders. Not unusual to place an order in the app and have to wait 15-25 minutes for a single drink.

Always use old stale buns for their sandwiches. Rarely get my order right. I don’t think they follow franchise rules. So disappointing considering prices are getting higher and higher.

This is a nice place to sit and enjoy your food. Surroundings and atmosphere is also good. However, tables were not clean when I visited there. I would advise the management to provide paper towels to the customers to clean the tables before they leave their table. It's not feasible for the staff to clean each table after every customer's visit.
