5 stars all the way! I have been going to A&B Creative Looks for 5 years now. I’ve had a number of services done (waxing, threading, facials,microneedling, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and lashes on a bi-weekly basis). The environment is super clean, calm, and relaxing. Staff is beyond friendly and they always strive to make me happy or squeeze in an appointment for me! Avneet (who is the lash technician), does outstanding work. I’ve had numerous compliments, and she always strives for perfection. My lashes last up to three weeks without a fill, and they feel natural and comfortable. Avneet is detail oriented and knowledgable in regards to any questions you may have about lashes and other spa services. She NEVER leaves me unhappy, and always answers my questions thoroughly. 100% recommend!

Absolutely terrible. Not only is their staff aggressive, not flexible, and difficult to deal with, they're also very unprofessional.I went to this salon with a voucher for laser hair removal. During my first visit they tried to tell me that there's a 30 minute limit on my appointments and claimed that it was stated on the voucher; they only backed down when I showed them my printed voucher with all the details, in which a time limit was not indicated. Most other salons use cooling gels for their laser treatments to numb the area and make it safe for laser use - these guys used ice packs. Needless to say, I have long legs and the ice packs did not last that long. The technician would also let the laser rest on my legs as she was freezing a spot with the ice pack, and I had to repeatedly move my legs because it was too hot.After my second appointment with them I left with a very tingly feeling in both of my legs. I checked when I got home only to see over 15 burn marks all over my legs, including the backs of my knees where...there IS NO HAIR to begin with. I phoned the company who sold me the voucher and demanded my money back.I have photos of all the burns to prove this. Don't bother with this place.

I have been a customer to this salon for almost 3 years now and its been everything and more. I get almost everything done here in 1 stop from eyebrows to laser to lashes to even nails. Avneet is super accommodating and amazing. Shes an amazing listener and is open to feedback as well provides great recommendations and suggests what works catering to your needs. Don't hesitate definitely check out!

The worst salon experience I've ever had. Representatives for this salon were going door to door at offices promoting a 4 visit salon package for $60. So I bought 2 (for my mother & myself) paying $120 for this mediocre looking salon, I say mediocre b/c they promoted it as this lavish spa. The voucher stated that the promotion expires 4 months from the purchase date, BUT that it wasn't valid from Dec 15 - Jan 3rd, and the reps verbally said that because the salon would be closed for those dates (20 days) during the Christmas break that the promotion gets extended. Mind you she didn't give an exact expiration date in February (super vague). So there was NO concrete expiration date in writing. I went in for the first visit (mid JAN 2018) which was a haircut/blow dry & was going to knock out all the 4 visits real close to each other. The owner of the salon saw that I had this voucher when I went in Mid Jan and saw that it was my first visit with this voucher and didn't have the courtesy to remind me that they expire soon. I got my haircut and was excited to come in for my 3 remaining visits (facial, manicure, massage). I called in again on February 5th to be exact to book my appointment for my 2nd visit (facial), and the same lady immediately stopped me and asked if I had any voucher, I said YES & she cut me off rudely and said NO NO ITS EXPIRED..ITS FEBRUARY IT'S EXPIRED YOU CAN'T USE IT" (super unprofessional and rude)

I get my threading, lashes and hair done here all the time. The owner and staff are very welcoming, They offer coffee and snacks while you're waiting or while your hair is being done. Every time I wish to change my hair they manage to do it with no damage. They always manage to get you an appointment at your availability. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received, would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for good service.

I have been going to this salon for almost 7 years and tbh they are the most reliable salon ever. I have gotten my eyebrows done, waxing, acne facials, hair done and also for the fist time i got my eyelashes extended and they looked great! The staff is friendly and ask us if we want anything to drink while we are waiting. As well as the prices cant go wrong. They do an excellent job for an excellent price. You should come if you if you are looking for that perfect salon!

I have been a customer for almost ten years! This is the only place I trust with threading, waxing, etc. Very pleasant staff, always welcoming. Great prices as well.

First of all - Ranjeet is an incredible woman. Calm. Professional. Smart. Her salon is GORGEOUS. I have hair down to my bum and needed highlights, cut and blow dry done. It took her FIVE HOURS. Never once did she comment on the work needing to be done and constantly soothing me as I was scared HAHAH (girls with our hair am I right?!). I had a wedding to go ti the next day and was worried. BUT! When the final product was revealed - I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!! I LOVED it. And so did everyone I know !!! She is a true pro. Please support this small business so we don’t all end up at first choice hair cutters cuz it’s the only place left open after all the business closures (lol). Thank you Ranjeet <3

I have been going to this salon for many years for threading and everytime I leave happy and confident. It took me awhile to find a place that is welcoming and consistent when it comes to eyebrows and could not be more confident in saying that they deliver an exceptional service. Would definitely recommend to individuals seeking a salon or anyone who may be hesitant to try a new salon.
