The staff were kind and accommodating. I didn't have an appointment and was able to get a chair in 5 minutes. All I got was the split ends cut off and to fix a spot in the front. She was finished within 15 minutes, then started blow drying my hair. It wasn't until I got to the till that I found that blow drying was considered 'styling' and not part of the complimentary hair wash. In winter. It's 18$ extra to leave with dry hair. In winter.

Why allow online bookings when they can't be honoured? Made an appointment, received a confirmation email, went to said appointment and was told that they can't accept online bookings. Just get rid of online bookings. That seems simple enough.

Very hit and miss. If you make an appointment with one of the ladies that has been there a while, you're probably going to be fine. I've had a couple of really bad haircuts here over the years.I had a cut from a new fellow a couple of weeks ago and it was really quite uneven, didn't look good at all. I wasn't feeling confrontational that day so I had my wife fix it at home. At this point, I don't think I'll bother going back. There' s a great barber shop just across the road.

Booked an appt online this time only to show up and the salon is closed until further notice!This location has been in the decline in the last couple years. I always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but no more! The last time I went in for a trim, the guy gave me a pixie cut. I was mortified. A year later of growing out that disaster, I thought I would give them a second chance. Booked an appt only to show up to a closed salon.

Worst haircut I've ever had. Completely ignored what I asked for and after I made a comment she left it completely uneven. Avoid this place.

I made a last minute appointment,got my hair shampooed and styled and off I went! These people were very nice and did a good job.
