Classy Nail Lounge - Maple

Friendly staff, nice and clean interior. Online booking option is great. This place is always busy so booking ahead of time might be best. Lyn has been my manicurist since I started coming here and she is amazing. She really listens to what you want but will advise you if something is not looking right or working properly and provide and alternative solutions. She is very artistic, creative and takes pride in her work. She is also very friendly and attentive. 5 stars from me!

I'm definitely impressed with this place. Reception staff are friendly and accommodating. Lisa did a great job with my shellac nails. The other lady who did my pedicure was also very professional and did a great job. The location is beautifully decorated and most importantly they keep it clean and follow safety procedures (tools are disinfected, etc.). Loved the massage chair and all the extra attention with the foot scrub and hot stone massage. I will definitely be back.

Been going to Danny for years before classy nail lounge opened! He is so talented and my nails always last 4 weeks! love the location and the staff are always so nice and accommodating! I can’t recommend this place enough!

What I like:- Easy appointment booking system online- Bright and clean environment- Lots of choices for colour (both shellac and regular)- I love working with Lisa, she does great work!What Could Improve:- Sometimes I book an appointment with a specific nail technician and upon arrival, someone else is assigned to me. I do not feel comfortable to deny the new person, so I don't say anything. All technicians are good, however, when you have booked with a specific person, you should be honoured that- A little above average for price of services- Limited seating for waiting- No point system for customer loyalty

Moved into the area went twice. First time it was okay. Second time she tells me she’s in a hurry so quickly and roughly removes my polish. She puts on 2 coats of my new colour and when I asked for a third (so the colour is more vibrant) she says no, 2 coats are enough. 5 days later, 4 nails are chipped. I called and was told no problem, I could go back and have them repaired. So I went back on the 6th day, only to be told it was 10 days and there will be a charge. I had phone records to prove it was 5 days when my nails chipped and I called them. They were rude, and not accommodating. Very unprofessional and not at all ‘classy’ and I regret ever going there.

I've been here twice now and had a great experience both times with two different nail techs! The bio-gel and the shellac nails lasted over a month and still looked great. Prices are also very fair and it's easy to get an appointment, and they work pretty quickly but the quality is still high.

My fave nail salon! I only come here since my sister introduced me to it. We live a bit far but it us worth the drive because my nails turn out exactly the way I like every time. They are a very professional business and have an automated and professional system for booking that I haven’t seen many other places. There are a bunch of colours and I end up noticing new ones every time. Best nail salon! Also great price and friendly

After many years of going to Classy Nail Lounge every two weeks, it’s about time I write the positive review I feel they deserve. They’re always so kind. Nothing is never too much trouble. Plus, in all those years, not once did I have to return because of a chipped nail or whatever. I’m always super happy with the result and get complimented on my nails a lot. Strongly recommend

I am quite impressed with their efforts. Every time I had my nails done, they took their time and care to ensure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I am really pleased with how they operate and how much they care about their clients. Everyone who wants their nails done should go here.
