We were new in city for vacation, and when inquired for car Anand, Abby, Arshdeep were welcoming with smiles. We got option of chossing luxury car since it was our anniversary and we definitely enjoyed driving it.Team at Enterprise Regent Street creates positive environment and takes away hustle that customers would be while renting out car. Keep good work you do.

Rented a full size SUV for a week at this location. Abhimanyu and his team were very professional. Best experience I've had renting a vehicle, would highly recommend this location.

I have been using Enterprise for years, and recently moved to Vancouver. This store is so super close to where I live. Incredibly convenient for me to rent the car for the weekends. Abby and Arshdeep always make my car rental smooth and enjoyable. Love the place.

Very kind manager.Abhminayu was very kind.He helped us with the rental quickly and efficiently.He also helped us deal with issues with the cars and answered our questions with patience.He went beyond what was expected.He is very knowledgeable about the car and insurance stuff and gave appropriate information that is clear.He was very patient even with a rude customer.Everything seems very clear.I’d definitely recommend coming to this place.

Follow up edit:The staff at this location have been super understanding and helpful. Our complaints were addressed and they were very sympathetic. Customer service is definitely their strong suit.Original:Nightmare experience on a road trip. We had a Volkswagen Tiguan with an oil leak and swapped cars in the states. Our 2nd car was broken into and after hours of being stranded, roadside assistance wouldn't help tow the car. We were then forced to drive with shattered glass to the nearest location for a 3rd car swap.

I rented a Jeep Gladiator pickup truck from this location. Very nice vehicle and excellent customer service. What touched me the most was that the staff Mary who gave us (family of 4, including our grandmother who is 82 years old) a ride after we returned the pickup, we originally planned to take a bus home. Very kind of her, this is the best car rental experience I've had so far. Keep up the good job Enterprise team!

Everything went well until a staff using her machine to check the gas and told me it’s not full although either herself or anyone else could actually see from inside the car that the gas was full.I asked how she checked, she showed me her portable machine’s monitor that no one can never prove that “number” were right or wrong. And no staffs ever told me the exact number and their portable indicator before. She wanted to charge me the extra for the difference between the number of before and after renting the car.I read some comments complaining about this issue before but if you see my picture that the fuel were full. I took this picture after I returned the car. And it parked in front of their office.I was upset because I didn’t know how could she treat customers like stupids. When you use a common sense, you still can tell the gas already fully refilled, right? Speak up for yourself.I told her to show me how to check the gas in the car not the number in any other machine to prove that amount of gas in the car but she couldn’t.It’s unpleasant experience.I’m not a one time user. I stay nearby and would’ve rented more frequently. I rented the exotic enterprise that were more expensive but it’s far from my place. I could say that their service should be improved a lot.

Wonderful experience. Right from getting me into the car, Abhimanyu explained every feature of the car (which I needed because it was my first time driving a plugin in hybrid ev) and also helped me understand the terms and conditions as well as all the charges.
