Dunlop Ford Service

Went into the shop hoping to have one tire on my Edge filled. Brett too care of that with a smile, and also noticed the other 3 tires were low, so took care of that too! A pleasant quick fix.

Last time I came here about my car not starting, and it progressively getting worse, they didn't try to check anything like my fuel filter (it had been freezing, preventing my car from getting fuel when it needed). I had advised them that my car would occassionally have a strong gasoline odor coming from the inside. My car was left there for over a week to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it. These guys took my money ($90+) for an inspection that they supposedly did. It took me going to a local mechanic to get my issue resolved. I won't be coming back ever again.

This dealership would charge a 85 women tire and rim when she had a flat tire. I took the tire and rim to a tire dealership and there was nothing wrong with the rim. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly and thank goodness I caught them. Shame on Dunlop Ford.

I want to give Dunlop Ford a good review as the counter people I dealt with were nice people, but I was very disappointed that I was told that my service would be 1 hour and it ended up being almost 5. That in itself would not have been so bad except the tech working on my vehicle while I was waiting in store left to go for lunch. When has customer service become this rude? Someone else should have taken over or I should have been informed the discrepancy between the time I was quoted and the actual service time. I wasted an entire dayDo better

They always do a good jobIt did take 1.75 hours to change the winter tires for summer tires. All 8 tires were on rims.

If I had an isolated incident, I can look past it. But for a 4th time, I made an appointment and was told my service couldn't be completed. When you make an appointment, by definition, you are a priority. If the appointment time cannot be kept, communicate before the appointment time so we can adjust our schedule. When you have kids and appointments, it isn't easy to line things up. It isn't fair to the scheduling staff to take all of the grief when it isn't their fault. And if you have that much work, you may need more staff. There are only 2 Ford dealerships in town. This makes me question whether it is worth a drive to Calgary.
