My whole life bad experience related to this place I have wait near about 40 to 50 minutes for my order there is not any responsible person and lady honour have very bad behaviour for customers I can’t go again there in future totally wastage money. Big shortage of staff

Really disappointed! there is literally no employee even on canada day, owners are working all by themselves, and i had to wait for 30 minutes for my order. you can not save money by not heiring ppl or sell the franchise to someone responsible person.middle aged lady is very rude. Never greet anyone she should learn customer service if she really want to work at front , nd there is only one person working at the store whenever i visit. service is very slow because of short staff.

No reason why on a Sunday with opening hours of 11am, should you still be closed at 1:30 pm. What a great way to watch money walk away from your store. Will be going to a different Dairy Queen from now on.

Absolutely terrible service.Walk in have a cashier connect eyes say hello and prepare someone’s order. Walk away without saying anything after we waited for 5 minutes. No other customers in line just absolutely appalling service. Will never shop at this location again. Thank god they don’t have any competition in the same plaza……writing this while getting proper service at the Harvey’s next door. Btw they fulfilled my order within the time I took to write this. This Dairy Queen is an absolute joke.

Really disappointing experience. I started my order and asked if they had coke/Pepsi, someone said “I’m not sure let me ask” and walked away. 2 minutes later a different girl came out and asked how she could help us, so I had to restart my order again. Once I finished the order she took her phone out and started typing/scrolling while I waited for my payment to be approved and get a receipt. She said “thank you” as if to get me to leave and I said I’d like a receipt please (phone still in her hand and looking at it instead of me). I thought the whole thing was really unprofessional, I know it’s fast food and my expectations are not high but this location is not good.

DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY HERE! I have been going to this location since it opened and have seen the deterioration in quality and customer service. The owner is a couple, the gentleman is nice but the lady has terrible customer service and very rude. Always have a long waiting time as they don't hire anyone and run it with themselves and their children. We went today and ordered blizzards, I was at the counter and since no one flipped the cup upside down, I asked the lady do I get a free blizzard next time and she said no and made up an excuse. It's not even about the free blizzard, it's about courtesy and how you talk to customers. We asked for tap water in a cup since we don't want cold water and they said they don't have any and made us buy water. If you don't know how to run a business, don't open one!! Wish I could give negative starts!

Would like to put negative 5Dirty and disgusting inside. Service was horrible ordered blizzard and asked to make sure it was mixed well. It was 2 seconds mixed. A second lady walking around in back preparing the food with really long hair and hair not tied up or no hair net. If I noticed prior to ordering would have walked out. Will be contacting peel to investigate cleanliness and food prep

I wish I looked at the reviews before coming to this location. Service is so SLOW because there are literally 2 people running this place in summer. Staff/owners do not have any experience of being courteous either. Worse location ever. Literally writing this review waiting for my order since past 10 mins. You can save up employee cost but you are losing customers.

This owner is one of the worst in Brampton. Refuse to pay money to the employee after promising them. Whoever, looking for the work please do not work in this DQ. This owner never pay and refuse to pay. Strict action should be taken against them. Please all my friends, Do not work here and waste your time.

I noticed my chicken flamethrower wrap from this location was completely RAW today after biting into it. It was fully pink inside and i only noticed after taking a few bites... do NOT visit this location at ANY cost!!!!!!! I am now super sick due to this!!!!!!!!! I am so disgusted I will never visit Dairy Queen again. This location should be shut down and visited by the Ministry of Health! Will be calling them sometime this week with my case.
