The technician arrived when he said he would and had the heating element on hand to repair our dryer. He also gave us good operating advice about the dryer. Highly recommended

Called this business after detecting a burning smell from our dryer. Carol was the technician that responded. She called prior to arriving the day of the appointment. She took apart our dryer pieces by piece and thoroughly cleaned the burnt lint. She reassembled everything and everything seams to be working properly.

Amazing! I called and they answered - no online form needed / We scheduled the repair in one phone call for the next day / She showed up on time, and it's obvious she knows what she's doing. She totally handled the repair, which the manufacturer and the installers said could not be done and I needed a new fridge. This one was 3 months old and had never worked right. This company is great and if they say they can fix it, it will happen.Smart, courteous, skilled and experienced... and friendly and fun!

Thank You First Choice Appliance!! This is the third time we have used First Choice Appliance because they come out quickly, work quickly and follow-up with outstanding service. Our most recent visit was to address an issue from the previous year. The outcome was a working dryer covered by First Choice. This was just outstanding customer service from a company that wants your appliance to work the 1st time without a callback. What an outstanding New Years present from an outstanding company. We will never call anyone else!

Carrol is an absolute pleasure to work with! She's honest, speedy, and effective. I was having a hard time getting anyone to look at my old commercial washer, and she found the right service key for a 30 year old machine and fixed it right away. My tenants and I are grateful to have found her!

Vladimir is amazing...a prior repair person said we need a new cooling unit (which he could not order from GE because he didn't have the right certification), or - in the alternative, a new refrigerator. (Our refrigerator was purchased 4 years ago and operated seasonally, so running time was 1 year.) Anyway, it was a simple fix, Vladimir knew immediately what the problem was, he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. We are so grateful! Prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

Wow, I can’t believe how amazing they were. Showed up on time and fixed our complicated Viking stove that several other repair companies had tried and failed to. Turns out it was a quick fix, she was patient and thorough and explained what she was doing. We were so frustrated we were ready to replace the stove so Carrol saved us thousands.Would t hesitate to use her or recommend her to anyone else.
